We are looking for a Quantitative Strategies Portfolio Manager to join our team in Singapore. This person will be responsible for managing a portfolio of financial assets on behalf of the firm, ExodusPoint Capital.

Responsibilities

• Construct proprietary algorithms designed to capture alpha by applying research models derived from mathematical and statistical computations
• Work closely with analysts, developers and traders to ensure trading strategies are executed correctly

Qualifications

• Excellent investment track record with defined risk framework and parameters
• Expertise in alpha research and modeling, portfolio construction, optimization, risk management and trade execution
• Min. 2 years of experience of managing institutional size capital in a hedge fund or proprietary context

Job Description

• Support Corporate and Private Banking RMs to provide financial market solutions to their clients (mainly Chinese) based in the Singapore and in the region to manage risk (FX risk, Interest risk, Commodity price risk etc.).
• Collaborating with colleagues in Singapore Branch and HO by New Product set up, Documentation preparation, System testing as well as other supports.
• Contributing strategies and work out marketing plans to improve FX & derivatives business and collaborate with related departments.
• Completing other tasks as assigned by Management and Department Head.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in Banking industry and Corporate Treasury environment preferably with professional experience in FX or Derivative Sales.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, able to communicate effectively in English & Mandarin
• Completed the Financial Markets Regulatory & Practices (FMRP) Exam.
• Completed CMFAS Modules 1A or 1B, M6A and M5
• Preferably with experience covering China desk in banks, within Asia / Oceania region due to collaboration with Head Office and Chinese clients.
• Preferably strong understanding and affiliation to Chinese financial industry with relevant network, due to managing Chinese clients and collaboration with HO.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and manage block storage solutions
• Ensure the performance, reliability, and security of block storage infrastructure
• Troubleshoot and resolve block storage-related issues
• Automate storage deployment, provisioning, and routine tasks
• Conduct regular performance testing and capacity planning for block storage systems
• Collaborate with other teams to integrate block storage solutions into the overall infrastructure
• Provide secondary support for file and object storage systems
• Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in block, file, and object storage technologies
• Provide on-call coverage and L3 support

Qualifications

• Proven experience with block storage technologies (Dell PowerMax, SRDF/Metro, Purestorage, Cisco MDS switches)
• Experience with file (Isilon and NetApp) or object storage technologies (Dell ECS) is a plus.
• Scripting and automation (shell scripting, python, ansible) skills strongly preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex storage issues
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to stay updated with the latest advancements in storage technologies
