About the role

• Monitor and control long lead time parts and maintain minimun stock level of high-valued parts and safety stock to ensure on-time material supply.

• Process Non-Conforming Parts Report from Production through coordination with Store, QC and Buyer on the replacement.

• Process ECN (Engineering Change Notice), if required.

• Maintain WIP & Finish goods inventory at optimum level

• Maintain system and record accuracy e.g inventory, schedules, planned orders

• Maintain and process Monthly KPIs for presentation to the management.

• Report to Master Planner on issues that may affect on-time shipments to customer.

• Liaise with Production on schedule priority for efficient manpower allocation.

Job Requirements:

Job Duties & Responsibilities
