You will lead delivery of the core platform and the relationship with Financial Service Providers. You will specifically be responsible for owning internal and client-facing work streams related to Operations, Finance, Commercials, Compliance and Controllership. You will work closely with the Commercial team and Creatory Product team to identify and drive pricing and growth strategies that can generate revenue from Creatory. You will be responsible for identifying and negotiating partnerships with external affiliate and influencer platforms and agencies to drive incremental revenue, new users and awareness for the Creatory brand. Using your deep knowledge of affiliate marketing and a solution-oriented mindset, you will collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams as they develop new and exciting experiences for content creators.

The Senior BD Manager Creatory will be responsible for:

• Manage and optimise our core platform’s operations to ensure highest standards of delivery
• Work collaboratively with Head of Accounts from Commercial team to identify pricing strategies and new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
• You will be responsible for identifying and negotiating Key strategic partnerships with influencer agencies and channel partners to drive incremental revenue
• Develop a growth strategy for Tier 1 & 2 affiliates, based on the strategic direction set
• Be a win-win negotiator; ensure the best affiliate deals and contracts are being offered and proactively negotiate and optimize current deals with large affiliates.
• Champion the use of data; regularly analyze, review and monitor affiliate deals and performance in terms of cost and player value.
• Collaborate with the internal operational and creative teams to continuously improve landing pages and overall marketing and merchandising campaigns through the affiliate network.
• Lead and motivate a team of Account Managers and support them with any training and development needs.
• Build strong and long-lasting relationships with our key partners, providing them with trustworthy and valuable feedback to ensure we're setting them up for success.

In this role, we are looking for someone with:

• 10+ years in Business Development, Partnership or B2B customer-facing roles.
• Experience with web affiliate, social media, online advertising, or ecommerce environments

JOB SUMMARY

You will play a critical role in developing and implementing a costing model for Specialized, to help provide insights and deliver optimized end-to-end costs. You will work closely with cross functional teams, such as Product, Engineering, Sourcing, Quality, Supply Chain and other stakeholders to deep dive processes, activities, and key cost drivers to identify opportunities and manage cost throughout the product lifecycle. Key part of this role will be driving education and processes to deliver “should-cost” thinking and approaches.

HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE

• Work cross functionally to understand the current state of costing and our supplier contracts
• Benchmark and develop an understanding of engineered part cost including “should” cost for new product introductions
• Develop end-to-end cost modeling and “should” cost driven by engineered standard and actual input/part costs
• Collaborate with cross functional partners to develop and drive the strategic roadmap for implementation including processes, negotiation strategies, and organizational capabilities
• Project manage the implementation of the costing model
• Provide regular analysis, insights, and recommendations at key stages throughout the product life cycle.
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to identify cost saving opportunities, set target, track progress and implement necessary actions.
• Act as a strategic partner with the Sourcing team to optimize supplier relationships, assist in negotiating favorable terms, and drive cost efficiencies.
• Engage with the Product Management team to understand design implications on costs and provide informed recommendations for optimizing cost.
• Engage with the Finance team to ensure alignment between cost analysis and financial planning, providing accurate and timely cost-related information.
• Drive continuous cost improvement projects to enhance overall operational efficiency.
• Any other ad-hoc projects as assigned.

WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN

• Minimum 8-12 years of experience in cost analytics, modeling, and scenario simulation.
• Familiarity with end-to-end value chain from product development to end of life mgmt
• Proven ability to lead with a continuous improvement mindset to deliver cost efficiency projects and results.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrate an intellectual curiosity and a passion to learn and work as part of a high performing team.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work across nationalities and functional teams and lead through influence
• Experience working with manufacturing suppliers and negotiating costing models
• Master in excel, knowledge in Oracle, SAP, Tableau is a plus.
• Experience in electronic consumer goods and/or carbon and alloy a plus
• English (fluent)

• Tertiary qualification in any related field
