Summary:

Responsibilities:

• Oversee financial operations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Handle daily accounts receivable tasks, ensuring proper recording and maintenance.
• Manage credit control, ensuring timely customer payments and following up on overdue accounts.
• Prepare, verify, and send invoices and statements of accounts to customers and overseas agents.
• Maintain complete accounts records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
• Assist in preparing aging reports and reconciliations for payables and receivables.
• Aid in monthly closing procedures and bank reconciliations with precision.
• Prepare audit schedules and assist with annual revenue and statutory audits.
• Organize and maintain accounting document filing, storage, and security.
• Provide administrative support within the Admin Department and fulfill related duties as needed.
• Undertake any additional tasks assigned by superiors as necessary.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification in Accountancy or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant experience managing full sets of accounts.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and computerized accounting software; IT savvy.
• Analytical and detail-oriented individual, self-motivated and proactive.
• Able to work well in a team environment, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Capable of working independently and meeting tight deadlines.
