• Oversee and manage the Guest Experience Index (GEI) to measure customers’ sentiments of the brand and develop strategies to drive a high standard of customer satisfaction.

• Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to ensure customers’ experiences align with the company's brand and mission.

• Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure seamless integration across the company and accurate data capture throughout the customer lifecycle.

• Analyse customer feedback from all consumer touchpoints, identifying trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to increase customer loyalty.

• Offer prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, social media, and chat.

• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring solutions align with brand values and improve customer satisfaction.

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to address and prevent recurrent issues.

• Prepare and present weekly and monthly customer service reports on feedback, GEI and NPS scoring, service recovery, and actionable recommendations.

• Undertake additional Marketing administrative duties as required, including sourcing quotations, preparation of minutes, reports, and upkeep marketing assets inventory.

• Manage the CEO's schedule, including organizing appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims.

Requirements:

• Demonstrable experience in customer service, ideally within the hospitality or F&B service sector.

• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proven ability in problem-solving, maintaining a customer-focused approach and exceeding customers’ expectations.

• Able to manage stressful situations with poise and professionalism.

• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel

Job Description:

• 3 years of experience in desktop support, maintenance, and basic infrastructure/network troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and practices.

Job Scopes

• Supervise the work of sub-contractors and work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters
• Coordinate with utility agencies and authorities on excavation works, utility diversion and reinstatement work on utility services
• To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings
• Adhere to construction procedures and safe work practices and ensure that works are executed within an acceptable standard of workmanship to meet the stringent requirements conducted during site tests and inspections

The Requirements

• Possess at least Degree in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/its equivalent
• At least 3 years of working experience in Construction Industry for this position (LTA project is preferred)
• Excellent coordination and communication skills gained through experience in the supervision of field staff
• Be assertive, independent and proactive with positive attitude

Job Description:

· Perform practical design, drafting and modelling for structural steelwork.

· Prepare tender/submission/shop/ fabrication drawings based on the concepts given by Technical Manager and Engineer.

· Implement and improve structural steel connections design based on practical, competitive and economical approach, optimize and standardize drawing format and details.

Job Requirements:

· Diploma or higher in Civil or Structural Engineering.

· Min. 3 years’ work experience in structural steel detailing and drafting.

· Proficient in AutoCAD, Microstation and other drafting software. Able to produce engineering drawing rapidly in advanced quality, accuracy and appearance.

· Good knowledge on engineering drawing standards and authority requirements.

· BIM experience (Tekla Structures, Revit) would be an advantage.

· Proactive, cooperative and supportive work attitude.
