Responsibilities :

(a) Support daily portfolio and project office (PPO) governance;

(b) Create and validate Project in SAP to support project execution, monitoring and billing;

(c) Provide user support and guidance on Project Charter, resource assignment and timesheet related queries;

(d) Conduct Roadshows and training on PPO templates and processes;

(e) Generate Project performance KPIs and management analysis reports;

(f) Enable yearly project and maintenance services upload; and

(g) Custodian of annual workplan and project charter.

(i) Requirements

(1) The PMO Analyst shall be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel and SharePoint;

(2) SAP & Tableau User Knowledge will be an added advantage;

(3) The PMO Analyst shall have effective information-gathering, through meeting facilitation, one-on-one interactions and/or observations;

(4) The PMO Analyst shall have experience in documentation work products including manuals, SOPs, training aides and process documents;

(5) The PMO Analyst shall have hands on and creative problem-solving skills

Job Responsibilities

● Leads Follow Up & Conversion: Follow up with leads via text and phone calls to schedule

appointments at the showroom.

● Leads Conversion: assist sales designer / business development manager and follow up with

leads for sales conversion with signed contracts. Sales training can be provided if required.

● Social Media and Digital/Online Media: Monitor social media posts' reach, engagement,

performance and record data for analysis

● Content Creation: Work with the marketing team, actively involved in brainstorming content

creation, presentations of concepts, and research on trends and directions.

● Events Management: Assist with event planning and execution

Requirements/Pre-requisites

● Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Business

Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications or

equivalent.

● At least 1 to 3 years of relevant marketing experience.

● Deep interest in building customer relations, customer experiences and business success.

● Excellent copy-writing and content writing skills.

● Creative, versatile and in-tuned with market trends.

● Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure well.

● Experience in sales, business development, leads generation, social media and digital marketing

execution skill sets will be a bonus.

● Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to engage with customers.

● Bilingual fluency in English and Chinese languages is essential.
