Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all the onboarding/offboarding processes, paperwork for policies and procedures
• Update HR databases (e.g. new hires, separations, vacation and sick leaves)
• Foreign worker medical insurance, security bond and etc.
• Manage and assist the full recruitment processes
• Assist Accounts department in HR and Administrative duties.
• Develop training and onboarding material
• Maintain accurate records of all financial transactions in the accounting software.
• Prepare Invoices, Payments and receipts in a timely manner
• Perform monthly bank reconciliations and balance sheet schedules.
• Prepare journal entries, balance sheet reconciliations and analysis (including bank reconciliation, inter-company reconciliation)
• Support the month-end and year-end closing process
• Participate in audits and help prepare necessary documentation
• Enter financial data into the company's SAP Accounting System
• Assist in handling Quarterly GST reporting and submission and other IRAS submissions: ECI and Tax computation
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial transparency and accuracy.

Requirement

• Min Diploma Human Resource Management or equivalent / Accounting, finance related

Job Scope:

Network Architecture and Design:

Firewalls and Security Appliances:

Hands-on experience with cloud-native firewalls like AWS WAF. Expertise in network segmentation, traffic filtering, and firewall policy management to enforce security.

Load Balancing and Traffic Management:

Proficiency in configuring and managing load balancers (e.g., AWS ELB, NLB, ALB). Understanding of traffic optimization, latency reduction, and ensuring high availability for distributed applications.

They resolve issues that arise in order to keep both building maintenance activities running smoothly or take care of any repairs needed on-site if there's an emergency

Responsibilities

• Inspect facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance
• Prepare weekly maintenance schedules and allocate work
• Recruit, supervise and train maintenance technicians
• Hire and supervise tradesmen during installations, repairs or maintenance (electricians, plumbers etc.)
• Inspect and maintain building systems (heating, ventilation etc.)
• Contribute to the development of maintenance budget and ensure compliance
