Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Delight customers in handling enquiries, preparing quotations and tender documents and invoices, liaising with vendor to procure parts for *on the job* purposes.
• Co-ordinate prompt and effective responses to customer’s enquiries, request for quotation and invoices.
• Manage, prepare and vet commercial contracts and assist to conduct commercial discussions with customers.
• Follow up on client projects and assists in the presentations and maintain communication with clients via phone and handle routine inquires in the managers’ absence.
• Collecting and storing commercial information from various sources,
• responsible for compiling reports and presentations as required; prepare,
• maintain and update clients’ files; and assist in collecting and analyzing commercial information.
• Coordinates with relevant departments and tracks project milestone for timely issuance of work completion certificate for invoicing purposes under minimal supervision.
• Handles billing and invoicing based on the contracted payment terms and liaises with estimation team members on the project costings, if available to generate cost summaries for the assigned projects.
• Documents billing information (i.e. preliminary project cost, draft
• invoices, variation order and etc.), ensuring billing traceability and control for the preparation of billing and sales reports.

Requirements:

• 1) Shall ensure the daily operations of various sites assigned and liaise with clients on the requirements
• 2) Arrange for daily staff deployments to various sites and ensure company does not incur any liquidated damages on the projects

• 4) Coordinate with site in charge on backlog if any
• 5) Rectify on site issues with workers or clients upon receiving feedback
• 6) Reporting of daily attendance to head office and to submit and ensure timesheets are all in proper orders
• 7) Prepare monthly financial reports for various operations projects
• 8) Arrange for coverage in case of absence of staff and able to hands on in event of no coverage
• 9) Candidate must be independent and proactive to provide suggestions and solve problems with initiative
• 10) Candidate shall possess class 3 licence
• 11) Candidate shall respond to any business or projects assignment regardless of time in event of need

• Must have valid forklift license & Inventory and warehouse management (WMS) / Hands-on experience with SAP (ERP) system

Job Description

• Responsible for inbound receiving, perform visual inspection on physical packing conditions and quantities against Delivery Order.
• Responsible for storage after inspection.
• Responsible for all movement of inventory IN and OUT of warehouse.
• Ensure accurate picking and packing of goods for local and overseas deliveries
• Ensure practice of first-in-first-out policy and 100% accuracy of inventory movement with traceability.
• Regular execution of cycle count and stock-take activities according to schedule and update of transactions.
