Requirements

The role involves engaging in two key projects: 1) the application of peptide coacervates for nucleic acid delivery into cells, and 2) the use of peptide coacervates to enhance food safety through advanced detection methodologies. Key Responsibilities:

• Experiment Design and Execution: Independently design and execute a range of lab-bench experiments, including the synthesis of novel peptide sequences and the in vitro delivery of nucleic acids. • Biophysical Characterization: Employ techniques such as UV-vis and fluorescence spectroscopy, and dynamic light scattering for the characterization of peptide coacervates.
