Job Description:

-To proactively research on the internet, industry directories, newspaper, personal contacts to obtain potential client leads to follow up with cold calling, electronic emails, and appointment setting, attending major targeted events where potential clients are attending/exhibiting.

The incumbent isresponsible to:

Primary Objectives of Position:

Responsibilities

• To lead a team in providing academic administration and service delivery in the School. Oversees and implement academic planning and services, career and internship, as well as student affairs in general. The remit of this role includes undergraduate education, postgraduate education and Continuing Education and Training (CET). The Associate CI Specialist recruited under Halliburton Graduate Rotational Program (HGRP) will have the unique opportunity to try 4 different positions in the duration of 2 years at Singapore Hal Completions Manufacturing Organization.

Through the rotation in a diverse set of teams across critical functions, the HGRP Candidate will develop on-the-job skills in a fast-paced environment. Moreover, he/she will build relationships and a network of connections in the organization. Through challenging rotation assignments, engaging blended training, and frequent feedback, this HGRP will help early career leaders to gain a strong foundation in Supply Chain Manufacturing operations and discover their passion for specific roles.

Departments are available for rotation assignments: Continuous Improvement, Customer Service, Planning, Procurement/ Sourcing, Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Engineering, Quality, HSE, and Logistics.

The rotation assignment will consider HRGP Candidate’s interest, business needs, and position availability.

Who can apply?

• University graduates (Degree or higher qualifications) in any Engineering discipline with 0-2 years experience are welcome to apply

• He will be responsible to carry out field duties according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and / or Operation Supervisor’s instructions.
• Perform unit start-up, shutdown and plant turnaround activities according to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Perform planned rounds (Field / DCS) and take corrective action to maintain equipment and plant operations within safe operating limits and product quality compliance.
• Monitor unit performance to ensure safe and optimal operation of the plant equipment, pipeline distribution network and other facilities.
• Prepare process equipment for maintenance service, this includes line purging, LOTO
• Take part in operating procedures development and prepare job pack documentation for equipment repair.
• Perform troubleshooting, resolve field operational issues and provide support for engineering, operation and maintenance team.
• Executions according to production schedules and achieve operation targets in a cost-effective manner.
• Perform any other tasks which may be assigned to him by Ops Supervisor or Ops Manager

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level certification with 3 – 5 years of relevant work experience.
• Candidates without any relevant experience will be considered as training will be provided.
• Experience in ISO-tanker unloading, incineration and water treatment operations will be added advantages.
• Candidate with a forklift license is a plus point.
• Must be prepared to work rotating shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• An effective team player with good communication skills.
• Other duties as assigned.
