The position is part of the Pall Singapore Operations team and will be located in Benoi, Singapore.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Carry out production activities which adhere to EHS and Quality guidelines, regulations, policies, procedures and 5S methodology; Operate machines/equipment at the required specifications and ensure all materials are readily available
• Support improvement efforts and assigned projects
• Work in a team environment on day-to-day operations which includes preliminary troubleshooting of machines or equipment and other appropriate duties as assigned

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Secondary educated graduate with at least 2 years of relevant manufacturing experience or NITEC graduate with at least 1 year of relevant manufacturing experience is preferred
• Able to work and communicate effectively in a team
• Flexible to work in rotating shifts and comfortable in occasional lifting or carrying of objects weighing up to 20kg

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Working experience in cleanroom manufacturing environment is preferred
• SAP or other ERP experience (specifically in manufacturing environment)

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to develop daily production plans and develop Oils Planning strategy for major Turnaround.
• Oversee execution of production plans through close coordination with Operations and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with feedstock and supply teams to ensure timely feedstock discharges and product loadings.
• Maximize refinery HVP (High Value Product) yield through blending optimization.
• Maximise revenue through proactively identifying, evaluating, and implementing optimisation opportunities
• Coordinate with stakeholders to address and resolve quality or plant issues promptly, while ensuring safe operations.
• Identify and address gaps in planning and production processes, and product qualities

Requirements:

• Degree in Chemical Engineering
• At least 3 years’ experience in petrochemical or oil refinery industry. Fresh graduates may be considered, and relevant training will be provided.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and inter-personal skills.
• Experience with workflow automation, data visualisation, or scheduling software will be an added advantage

Repair the equipment as per customer’s requirement or services or retrofit,upgrade the entire system.

Supply brand new refrigeration and air-conditioning compressor or re-

conditioned compressors as per buyer requirement.

Supply, install package type air-conditioners, split type air-conditioners.

lubrication oil and refrigerant.

Responsibilities:

• Overall responsibility for all turnkey-based project work and selection/ management of sub-contractors to ensure project is completed on time
• Prepare and submit project plan, project progress and final reports to Head of Operations for submission to Director as part of the periodic management report
• Prepare contracts, negotiate revisions and any other changes/ additions to contractual agreements
• Plan and manage budgets
• Coordinate with other department managers within the firm to ensure that project is not delayed
• Monitor milestones and deadlines
• Analysis of data and information to recommend and ensure continuous process improvement
• Attend owner/ yard meetings if necessary
• Escalate any issues to Head of Operation if needed
• project management, material planning and expediting, site work planning and control.

Qualifications:

1. 5-7 years of work experience with a minimum of 3 years project work experience in shipyards
2. Minimum of 3-5 years of work experience in marine and offshore or industrial environment
3. Education: diploma or degree in mechanical engineering
4. Preferred Malay, English to liaise with Malay and English speaking associates
