As a Supervisor in this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of production workers, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and maintaining efficient production processes. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in food manufacturing and strong leadership abilities.

Job Description:
* Supervise and coordinate the manufacturing processes of various food products categorized as "Other Food Products N.E.C.", including but not limited to sauces, condiments, snack foods, and specialty items.
* Lead, motivate, and mentor production staff, ensuring that they adhere to company policies and procedures, follow safety protocols, and maintain high-quality standards in their work.
* Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all products meet regulatory requirements, customer specifications, and company standards for taste, appearance, and packaging.
