Maintain and support equipment readiness for Etch module.

• To provide technical leadership to optimize equipment capability, quality, and utilization through CIP to meet Module goals

• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, and ECN documentation for closure of issues / events. Provide guidance to Junior Engineers
• Self audit and update specifications to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements

Roles and Responsibilities

This role of Applications and Data Administrator is primarily responsible for implementing, managing, organizing, administering, integrating, developing and troubleshooting the learning platforms, systems and associated data at SAS. • At least graduated with Diploma Certificate/Degree in Quantity Surveyor

•Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Factory Manager

•Oversee all aspects of the manufacturing process, including production planning, scheduling, and quality control.

•Manage a team of workers, including hiring, training, and performance management.

•Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that the factory is in compliance with all relevant regulations.

•Ensuring that the equipment used by the team is maintained and can be used/operated at all times.

Daily Job Scope

• Manage company fleet of vehicles
• Manage HR System & staff enquiries, HR arrangements
• Manage worker's HR attendance/Leave application/enrolment/resignation & other related enquiries
• Ensure that basic book-keeping is in order
• Other administrative work
• Assist in sales & marketing related work (e.g. trade shows/promotions)

Requirements

• Basic computer skillset (including MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva Design, Infotech, Business Central)
• Able to correspond in both English & Chinese
• Able to work independently
• Good attitude

Other administrative work which is not listed may be assigned ad-hoc basis.

About the role

The incumbent will be part of a larger team within the ExP department in providing seamless and customer-focused solutions to support the achievement of business objectives. 

What you will be doing

• Attend to inbound cargo receiving and releasing of outbound cargo. 
• Data entry into warehouse management system to maintain accurate inventory. 
• Periodical physical inventory checks. 
• Attend to container stuffing and unstuffing. 
• Attend to basic packing and repacking tasks. 
• Ensure sub-contractors adopt safe work practice at all times. 
• Any other task assigned by the Supervisor or Manager 

The successful candidate

• At least 3 years working experience in warehousing. 
• Possess 3ton forklift license. 
• Physically fit for general warehouse activities. 
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office. 
• Knowledge to operate a Warehouse Management System. 
• Willing to be activated during weekends for urgent shipment (ad-hoc basis)
