Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for business system requirement analysis, architecture design and development
• Mentor and manage engineers and ensure high technical quality and personal growth
• Be involve in entire life cycle of data projects right from the beginning of requirement gathering, design, development to deployment in production.
• Oversee project engineering plans, delivery and provide technical leadership for the engineering teams
• Oversee tools development with technical artists, artists and designers
• Ensure the best performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and games
• Establish effective strategies and development pipeline
• Analyzing the threads and identifying the bottlenecks in mapping, increasing the buffer sizes of transformations according to the incoming data

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent professional qualifications is required
• Technical track record working closely with engineering / technical teams
• Passion for working with the games industry to bring AAA titles to market
• Minimally 5 years of game development experience, including 2 years in a leading or senior level role
• Game development experience using Unreal Engine or other equivalent game engines preferred
• In-depth knowledge of full lifecycle game programming and related experience in rendering and 3Cs
• Highly proficient in programming languages, such as C++, C# and Java
• Fluency in English and Mandarin to communicate technical jargons with mandarin speaking vendors and stakeholders
