Duties & Responsibilities

• Manage full set of accounts, including invoicing, receipt updates, journal entries, inter-company charges, fixed assets registers, and general ledger
• Responsible for Accounts Payable & periodic reconciliation of vendors' statement of accounts
• Responsible for month-end closing process and ensure all month-end journals, AP, and AR sections are closed promptly
• Prepare and review all Balance Sheet Schedule to its control accounts including bank reconciliations
• Preparation of Monthly Financial Statements for management reporting
• Cash flow management
• Preparation and submission of GST
• Liaise with bankers, auditors and government authorities as required to ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements
• Maintain good filing system
• Be responsible for any other duties that may be assigned to you from time to time as your superior/management deem fit

Qualifications:

• Diploma in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• 1 year of experience in accounts payable or similar role.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g.QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle) and MS Office suite, particularly Excel.
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision
• Meticulous and able to multi-task and meet deadline

• Responsible for providing technical support for production process
• Establish work procedures, corrective action and preventions
• Perform scheduled equipment preventive maintenance (PM), calibration and troubleshoot equipment-related problems on a timely basis to minimize equipment downtime
• Perform process improvement and defects analysis
• To liaise with customers for product quality discussion
• Other ad-hoc relating duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Degree in Materials Science and Engineering or related Engineering discipline
• Knowledge in sputtering coating technology
• Strong analytical skills with excellent problem-solving skills
• Good working attitude and willing to learn
• Candidates with lesser experience could be considered for an Assistant Engineer role

Normal Shift (5 days work week)

7.50am to 4.55pm

►Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketch Up, 3D Max/V ray, with good command of English.

Pre-requisites:

► Deg in Architecture with knowledge in Interior Design. Good Working attitude, proactive and hard-working, 5 years practical experience.

► Work independently with Minimal supervision.

► Disciplined, perform well in fast paced environment and to deliver drawing packages within given deadline.
