Your primary role will be to support our project teams in all projects’ document control activities in accordance with established procedures, including but not limited to:

• Prepare transmittal sheet and correspondence
• Update and maintain document master list

We are looking for a talented Service Technician - Mechanical to join our team based in Tuas, Singapore. This is an Onsite role reporting to the Service operation Manager. This role will also require travelling within Singapore. Reporting to the Service Supervisor, this role provides support for all Cummins products, primarily in Automotive, Industrial and Marine applications, in a combination of workshop and field work. You will respond to engine breakdowns and provide technical analysis of failure, warranty support and troubleshooting engineering issues. Previous experience in a similar Service role, and knowledge of High-Speed Diesel engines, is essential.

Responsibilities:

· Diagnoses and completes repairs to engines at the customer’s site.

· Engine Systems Interactions -Interprets and analyses the interactions of internal and external electrical and mechanical systems (exhaust, heating, cooling, fuel systems, driveline, aftertreatment, controls, sensors, etc.) by applying tools, service publications (Cummins, Original Equipment Manufacturer) and taking measurements to efficiently and correctly diagnose and repair.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Apprentice Trained Engine Technician (Preferred)

· Vocational diploma from relevant technical institution

· Basic level field service work experience

· At least 3 years relevant work experience preferred.

Reporting to the Assistant Director of MARCOMM, the incumbent will be responsible for supporting our marketing efforts and enhance our Resort’s brand presence. You will help in developing and executing strategies, managing communication channels and promoting our Resort’s unique and special points.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop engaging content for various platforms, including social media, newsletters, blogs, and the Resort website, ensuring alignment with our Brand voice and marketing goals.
• Monitor and manage the Resort’s social media channels, including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis. The incumbent will have to ensure all marketing materials reflect the Resort’s brand standards and ensure it is consistent across all channels.
• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns to promote special events, packages, and services, tracking their effectiveness through metrics and reports.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for growth, presenting findings to the marketing team.
• Assist in the planning and promotion of Resort events, including press releases, invitations, and on-site marketing materials. You will be coordinating with external vendors, like printers, to create marketing collateral and promotional items.

Job Requirements

Resident Engineer (Civil & Structural)

Responsibilities:

• Lead the site supervision team on all the Civil and Structural and Building Construction works.
• Assist Chief Resident Engineer and Construction Manager on all Civil & Structural site inspection issues, contract-related matters, and support the identification of defects and supervise rectification works.
• Address and respond to all Contractor’s RFI’s and technical submittals. Other work scopes include but are not limited to assessing method statements/instrumentation reading, coordinating with other discipline engineers, and liaising with the design team/QP from HQ.
• Attend all site/project-related meetings, discussions with clients and/or Contractors and lead in technical and work progress discussions.

Requirements:

• Good graduate Degree in Civil & Structural Engineering, preferably recognized by the PE Board, Singapore.
• Registered with IES as Resident Engineer (Civil).
• A person with good communication and leadership skills.
