Job Description

1 The main task of the Driver is to drive lorry 10ft or 14ft to ferry workers from dormitory to job sites.

1.1 The Driver must drive the vehicles to the required work sites punctually.

1.2 The Driver must follow the schedule obtained from the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator. The Driver must inform the parties involved if there are any clashes in schedule before proceeding.

1.3 The Driver must inform the Site/ Store Supervisors and Co-ordinator as soon as possible if he is delayed in his schedule. This will enable them to plan their resources efficiently.

1.4 Aside from ferrying workers, rest of the time will be to support project site needs.

2 Usage of Company vehicles

2.1 The Driver is to switch off the ignition completely and remove the key when the vehicle is parked and not in use. The Driver must not leave the vehicle in idle mode while waiting.

2.2 The Driver must understand that the Company’s vehicles and attached cash cards are solely to be for Company use. Otherwise costs will not be reimbursed.

3 Safety

3.1 The Driver must drive and operate the vehicles in a safe manner in accordance to local laws.

3.2 If there are loads on the vehicles, the Driver must ensure the loads are properly secured in accordance with local laws and regulations.

3.3 The Driver must inform the Store & Logistics Supervisor immediately he is involved in an accident while driving or operating the vehicle. This includes causing damage to third party property.

3.4 The Driver should understand that if the accident is caused by the Driver’s negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

3.5 The Driver should also understand if he incurs any traffic offences due to his own negligence, the Company is entitled to pursue part or all of the claims from him.

4 Servicing and Maintenance

4.1 The Driver is to inform the Company if any of the vehicles are unsafe to operate and require repairs. The Driver must not operate the vehicles in such situation.

4.2 The Driver will drive the vehicle to the Company appointed workshop for servicing and maintenance. The Driver will also pick up the vehicle when servicing and maintenance is completed.

4.3 The Driver will drive the vehicles to Inspection Centres as required.

Job Duties

• Under broad direction, identifies user requirements and assists with the design, development and documentation of supply chain business processes.
• Assists in the development of user training and works with users to ensure that processes are correctly followed.
• Communicates with supply chain business units to ensure business needs are met.
• Is an advocate to the business unit and user community.
• Coodinates and conducts user training.
• Assists in supervising others. Provides basic job training and guidance on a regular basis; performs work of same or closely allied nature.

Requirement

Skills are typically acquired through completion of an undergraduate degree in a Technical, Supply Chain, or Business related field and 4-10 years of experience in a supply chain related field. Should have direct experience in and extensive knowledge of supply chain business processes and process management techniques.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare final reports for Incoming, In-process and outgoing processes.
• Compile and ensure timely submission of Manufacturing Record Book (MRB).
• Verify external provider's documented information (Incoming or secondary processes).
• Investigate and prepare non-conformance reports.
• Implement and verify corrective actions and ensure compliance with requirements.
• Present NCR findings to Management and customer.
• Liaise with customers on Notification of Inspection schedule and Pre-production meeting.
• Conduct internal training and process improvement plan.
• Involve in quality audits (Internal or External).
• Assist QA Manager on all issues.
• Any ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering. Preferably Mechanical.
• 3 years of working experience in oil and gas industry.
• Familiar with international codes and standards (ASME/ASTM/API).
• Understanding and interpretation of drawing.
• Knowledge in Welding, NDE, CMM and manual inspection will be added advantage.

• Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to management.
• Responsible for the follow-up & execution of all HR related processes e.g. hiring, onboarding, confirmation, resignations, transfers, staff requests etc.
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
• Conduct initial screenings and interviews to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Manage both pantry and office supplies
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management

Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in HR administration or shared services.
• A solid grasp of Singapore employment laws and experience with work pass processes.
• Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Art, Sciences, Engineering, Education, or a related field (preferably).
• Previous experience in teaching or tutoring is an advantage.
• Familiarity with the Singapore school curriculum (MOE syllabus).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a genuine interest in helping students achieve their academic goals.
• Ability to teach students across different age groups, from primary to secondary.
• Able to work on evenings and weekends to accommodate student needs.
• Commitment to at least one academic year to ensure continuity and consistency in student learning.
