Job Scope:

1. Lead team of accounting assistants in client engagements.
2. Perform book keeping and full set of accounts for clients.
3. Preparation of accounting schedules.
4. Prepare GST report for submission.
5. Drafting of Financial Statements.
6. Tax computation and filing for clients.
7. Liaising with IRAS, ACRA, Clients and Auditors.
8. Perform other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

1. ACCA or Degree / Diploma/ LCCI / CAT/ ITE in Accounting and Taxation
2. 2-3 years of relevant experience in a corporate services firm.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Assist Director in control production activities, material flow and inventory to achieve cost, quality and delivery targets.

2. Monitor and ensure timely delivery of project within scheduled time frame.

3. Resolve and keep track of project time schedule and process issues with relevant department.

4. Ensure manufacturing operation is running according to safety and quality system.

5. Manage use of equipment and maintenance of plant and machineries to ensure smooth operation and always keep track of quality issues to achieve zero defect.

6. Prompt reporting to management on production activities, periodical performance review on production output, quality and productivity.

7. Develop processes to measure and further workshop productivity (equipment performance, team efficiency etc.)

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum Qualification: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Civil/ Production/ Mechanical).

2. Minimum Experience: 5 - 6 years’ experience in heavy engineering related to Steel industry.

3. Able to work independently

4. Good Knowledge of construction standard operating procedure

5. Knowledge in Civil & Structural design and analysis

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the Procurement Administration.
• Request and Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, prices, deliveries, and services with suppliers and/or subcontractors.
• To handle price negotiation with suppliers, and update price comparison for management’s approval.
• Quarterly update the inventory list.
• Follow up on material delivery and manage the drivers' activities
• Monitor and coordinate deliveries of all items purchased to ensure that all items and delivered on-site.
• Matching PO, DO, and Tax Invoices and submit to account dept on time.
• To ensure and maintain proper record and filing system.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Possess a Certificate in Purchasing and Materials Management or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of construction experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Able to take stress due to fast paced environment.
• Meticulous and organized.
• Good negotiation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to start work immediate will be added advantage.

Job Desprictions:

1. Review final documentations and submit to customer in customer portal

2. Arrange Notification of Inspection, liaise with Third Party Inspector and follow up accordingly.

3. Able to use Non-conformance register, process concession request, Technical Queries. Drawing clarifications, Root Cause Analysis, Preventive/Corrective action and follow up accordingly.

4. Review customer quality plans, insertion test plans, drawing requirements and ensure these requirements

are incorporated into work orders.

5. Able to read technical drawings, material specification and other customer’s requirements.

6. Able to Lead/assist in External/Internal Audit and customer audit

7.Compiling Raw Material Inspection/Certificate report.

8. Maintain QMS documents.

9. Monitor all measuring equipment for calibration due date and to coordinate outsourced calibration.

10. Must follow instruction given by Manager

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or relevant engineering discipline
• At least 3 years of working experience related to the manufacturing environment, preferably from the oil & gas industry
• Able to interpret drawings and technical documents
• Good technical competence & strong communication skills
• Good organizing and coordination skills
• Able to work independently and contribute to the team excellence
