• Liaise with Ship Owner, Technical Managers, Agent and Owner's Contractor

Tasks and Responsibilities

• Provide administrative assistance to Owners and Technical Superintendent in Business Centre.
• To assist Owners representive and Technical Superintendent for Admin Tasks.
• To assist taking lunch buffet for all Client and making the order for the vendor.
• Prepare invoice/ billing/ dealing with Finance/ Purchasing/Production/ Facility department etc for daily activities.
• To monitor and arrange the janitors to check rooms and prepare for new order.
• Replenishment for refreshment, drinking water etc for Business Centre.
• To organise any event function in Tuas yard.
• Any other ad-hoc duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Requirements

• 2 years related experience in customer service or administration works.
• Working Location :Tuas
• Working Hours: 7.30am to 5.00pm (1-way company transportation provided)

· Willing to work on holidays / work on shifts / change of shift

· Can work between different locations
· Able to stand/work for long hours

· At least 10 years experience

Roles and Responsibilities

Technical

• Must ensure teams follow the correct procedures, policies and documentation requirements across project phases
• Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively
• Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration
• Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation
• Identify resource and equipment requirements, efficient capacity planning and manage software and hardware availability
• Must provide technical training to teams when required and serve as a technical mentor to team members

Management

• Ensure standard operating procedures and project guidelines are in place
• Task allocation and performance evaluation of team members
• Project scheduling and resource management
• Planning, budgeting and reporting on projects [Tip: Take this introductory course to learn effective project management]
• Make presentations on project status, present monthly and annual reports to senior management
• Meet with client teams and gather requirements, conduct regular team meetings and track project progress
• Interview candidates and hire resources
• Conduct performance reviews of team members and identify areas of improvement, give feedback and recommend for promotions or salary increments
• Estimate project budgets, coordinate with finance department for funds and plan for purchasing of equipment and hardware in a cost-effective way
• Provide an efficient working atmosphere to project teams and ensure objectives are met within stipulated time

1. To coordinate and manage M&E works

2. Ensure all M&E works are performed on time, within budget and in compliance with all necessary standards, code of practice and safety regulations

3. Responsible for the supervision and coordination of M&E works at project site

4. Understand Main Contract /Subcontract requirement

5. Monitor progress, quality of workmanship and compliance.

6. To coordinate M&E wall/floor penetration drawings for approval.

7. Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.

- Capable of independently preparing and cooking restaurant quality dishes and accompaniments.

- To supervise kitchen, food and drink produce inventory including costing.

- Taking up Full responsibilities of training up all kitchen Staffs working potential

- Must be able to work on weekends and PH

- Must able to work in no aircon area

Requirements:

- At Least have few years experience as a Chef

- In depth knowledge of Chinese Cuisine

- Good understanding of General Chinese Cuisine

- Presentable and professional

- Proficient communication skills are essential, particularly when engaging with customers while cooking, as it involves appropriately communicating and introducing food specialties and features
