Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer experiences for all visitors.
- Assist in crowd management to ensure guest safety.
- Help maintain a clean and organized playground environment.
- Support inventory management and storage organization.
- Operate and conduct routine maintenance on playground equipment.
- Aid in the daily admission check-in and check-out processes.
- Assist with events and performances.
- Complete additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements
- Comfortable interacting with young children and their families.
- Available to work shifts, including weekends and public/school holidays.
- Ability to stand or walk for long periods.
- Friendly demeanor with a commitment to creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Previous experience in customer service is a plus.
- This is a FULL-TIME position.
- Work location: Tampines.
