Job Description:

• Manage and responsible for all aspects related to Affiliate Program to ensure increase of number of Affiliate Merchants locally and also increase of revenue via Affiliate Program.
• Generate strategic ideas and planning to boost sales and commission of Affiliate Program. and create awareness for Partn Affiliate Program which in turn drive MASG branded products and MASG Unfranchise Business
• Source and acquire online/retail merchants to be partners of shop.com (Affiliate Program)
• Work closely with existing merchants on marketing activities/promotion/campaign to drive sales
• Work closely with new merchants and involved in supporting setup, integration, testing and digital marketing task for assigned merchants
• Manage all task and activities related to Affiliate Program department.

Skills/Education/Experience:

• Degree holder preferably in eCommerce, Marketing, Merchandising, or related field internet marketing or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years working experience in Affiliate Marketing Industry and 3 years working experience in management position
• Knowledge in Online sales and Marketing, website promotion, e-commerce marketing or affiliate marketing will be advantage
• Initiative, independent and resourceful with marketing senses and business awareness
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal and motivational skills
• Good presentation skills, service attitude and problem solving skills
• Positive thinking; establish/maintain rapport with Distributors while maintaining professionalism even under pressure and difficult situations
• Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin in view of communication with clients/ Distributors
• Able to operate well and manage effectively in a matrix organizational structure
• Must be tech savy and proficiency in MS Office, especially in MS PowerPoint applications, etc.

Reporting to the Hotel Manager, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-

Primary Responsibilities

• Ensures effective management of Front Office’s operations while maintaining the hotel’s standards and objectives of the Front Office Department.
• Maintains the profitability of upselling and compliments from guests via social media.
• Overall responsibility includes reservation control, preparation of forecast, daily group movement, room blocking, daily inspection of VIP room assignment, cleanliness and maintenance of the room and setup of complimentary items.
• Co-ordinates with all relevant departments, especially Sales & Housekeeping in preparation of all check-ins and check-outs.
• Conducts spot checks of guest rooms at random intervals to ensure high standards of housekeeping are maintained.
• Oversees front desk reception, guest services, concierge services as well as telephone departments.
• Promotes and nurtures good relationships with key accounts of the Hotel and other sources of potential business.
• Ensures proper planning of staff rostering.

Secondary Responsibilities

• Provides training and coaching to front office staff in accordance with the hotel’s SOPs.
• Ensures reports and forecasts on anticipated room occupancy, bookings, arrivals, departures, house count, revenue and other statistics as required by Management are prepared in a timely and accurate manner.
• Conducts daily briefings and ensures all pertinent information is well received by team members.
• Responsible for staff discipline and ensures grooming is up to the hotel’s service standards.
• Responsible for orderliness of the lobby and parking areas of the hotel.
• Performs any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Management / Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity.
• Able to exemplify leadership qualities and mentor all staff on job functions and excellence in customer service.
• Familiar with Hotel’s Property Management System and Global Distribution Systems on reservations connectivity
• Upholds the Hotel’s core values at all times.
• Able to work independently and a good team player
• Able to start within short notice

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Assist management in developing and strengthening operations processes and workflows.

2. Maintain safety and cleanliness standards set by management.

3. Review day-to-day operations process flow, summarize key results, and provide feedback and improvement plans.

4. Manage customer experience and expectations, attend and resolve customer problems, complaints, and service requests.

5. Network with clients and customers to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company.

6. Manage service crew duty rosters and performance, and develop training plans to ensure service excellence.

7. Manage inventory and playground equipment.

8. Support the branch manager and work closely with the HR, marketing, and finance departments to fulfil operational needs.

9. Any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, or in hospitality or customer-oriented job in front-line capacity.

2. Experienced in a supervisory role within the childcare, recreational, or entertainment industry is preferred.

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with children, parents, and team members.

4. Able to perform shift schedules and commit during peak periods (i.e. School Holiday, Weekends, Public Holiday) with long hours of standing/walking.

5. Able to work independently and effectively under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

6. A good team player with a high level of enthusiasm, drive, initiative and commitment.

7. Experienced in using Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications, experience and strengths:

• Strong experience in the management of corporate plantation forestry operations, timber processing and associated financial modelling. Experience with tropical forestry operations and relevant tertiary qualifications will be well regarded.
• Working knowledge of operational best practice and sustainable forest management standards (i.e. FSC, PEFC, IFC PS).
• Ability to manage forest resource description, estate optimization and geographic information systems used to inform financial valuations and strategic plans. Experience with carbon modelling and voluntary carbon standards would be well regarded.
• Willingness and ability to routinely undertake travel, throughout Asia, including in remote areas.
