Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site user application support to customers on-site or virtually by visits, phone calls, email communications;
• Assist the sales team in tender presentation and product demonstrations;

Requirements:

• 2 years of hands-on experience of scientific equipment operation and troubleshooting as well as laboratory inventory management.
• Prior work experience from Respiratory/ICU/Critical Care Departments in local government or private institutions would be essential.
• Knowledge on various patient monitoring devices.
• Good communication & presentation skills
• Good computer skills, especially in MS Office (Word / Excel / Powerpoint)
• Well disciplined, self-motivated and able to work independently
• Meticulous and organized personality
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
