Job Responsibilities

• Travel to customers’ sites to install new equipment and perform necessary testing
• Provide training to customers on machine usage and maintenance
• Perform equipment’s preventative maintenance
• Diagnose equipment problems and recommend solutions to resolve
• Ordering of parts needed for repairs
• Resolve technical issues in a fast and professional manner
• Explain equipment issues and recommended solutions to customers
• Perform scheduled standby duty to handle service call /message from service phone or Tech Admin after office hours
• Handle delivery, installation, relocation and removal of equipment’s and accessories (Include all connection fittings required on site that belong to company asset)
• Respond to site inspection for new Installation & additional requirement to complete the job
• Observe and comply with Company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Report active schedule to Tech Admin
• Complete detailed reports on services performed and keeping of reports
• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by Manager

Job Requirement

• Minimum National ITE Certificate (Nitec) in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical Engineering
• Minimum one year of relevant working experience handling installation and maintenance of F&B and kitchen equipment
• Possess Singapore Class 2B and 3 driving license is preferred
• Able to read blueprints and diagrams
• Physically fit to manage bending, lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces
• Basic computer knowledge to work with Microsoft Excel, Word and handheld device during operation
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• A meticulous and fast learner with ability to multi-tasking
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Full time position based in Singapore at our client’s facility.
• Working alongside the maintenance engineer to conduct routine maintenance of rail mounted, rubber mounted and ship to shore cranes.
• The scope of work includes but not limited to:
  • Gearbox and hydraulic oil change out
  • Brake adjustment
  • Oil and air filter change out
  • Component greasing
  • Bolt torquing
  • Crane testing and commissioning
• Site specific and on the job training will be provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum 1 years’ experience in similar role working with heavy machinery in ports, shipyards or heavy industry.
• Good knowledge and solid hands-on experience with front end maintenance of heavy machinery.
• Own transport to allow for travel to and from site.
• Willing to work as part of a team under the instruction of the maintenance engineer.

Position Objective and Summary

• To ensure all waste types are properly identified, received, sorted, treated and disposed of within regulatory requirements
• Monitor, plan and organise the waste/wastewater treatment system processing activities
• Submit reports on performance and progress
• To ensure Evaporator systems running smoothly with pre-set parameters

Main tasks /Activities / Responsibilities

• To operate the Evaporator systems safely according to protocol, work procedures & SOPs and to advise line supervisor of any abnormality
• Assist with incoming waste management and system & equipment maintenance
• Conduct sampling of treated waste samples as instructed by line Lead
• Work with Line Lead, Operation Manager and Consultants to eliminate any possible bottlenecks in waste treatment procedures
• To ensure company’s treatment procedures are in line with regulatory requirements

• Willingness to communicate & build rapport with team of diverse cultures
• Solid organizational skills, including multi-tasking and time management
• Experience working in EHS and Permit-To-Work system
• Able to work independently

• Able to speak, read and write in English and Chinese
• Able to perform 12hr rotating shift, with OT
• Experience in evaporator & process plant supervisory role will be advantageous
