Associate Engineer x 8 (No experience required, office hrs)

Salary range:

• Basic Salary $2800 - $3500 + Site Allowance + Standby Allowance + Bonus + Other Benefits

Responsibilities:

• Perform Preventive & Corrective maintenance work involving fault troubleshooting, diagnosis & replacement of equipment/ component at permanent sites
• Perform testing of equipment
• Provide troubleshooting to technical problem on communication system

Requirements:

• Higher Nitec/ Diploma in Electrical/Electronics, Communications/ Computer Engineering/ System Engineering or InfoComm Technology
• Training will be provided
• Able to perform standby duties (based on roster)
• Possess Class 3/3A Licence will be an added advantage

Administrative Executive (West)

Responsibilities:

• Support the division on all administrative matters such as staff timesheet management, documentation control, asset management, travel arrangement and manage office supplies and procurement
• Assist in logistics and administrative support for meetings and events
• Facilitate staff onboarding and offboarding process
• Manage office facilities, equipment and maintenance
• Support Business Continuity Plan, Staff Welfare events and initiatives
• Communicate relevant office management information to the staff

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
• Minimum 3 years of working experience in office administration in a division of 60 staffs
• Experience in team management with good interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
