Job Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operational and project implementation matters.
• Ensure timely login of sales orders and processing for all sales.
• Handle sales login for Key Account customers, including issuance of Purchase Orders and Delivery Orders.
• Liaise with vendors to resolve leadtime issues of equipment and negotiate project prices and payment terms.
• Monitor project status, forecast project risks, and take preventive measures.
• Work closely with the Finance Team on invoicing status and cash flow projections.
• Ensure all suppliers' price books are updated and made available to the sales team.
• Ensure inventory is accounted for and kept to a minimum at all times.
• Record all maintenance contracts in systems and provide information to the Services Sales and Post Sales team.
• Ensure a smooth and efficient sales handover process between project and post-sales.

Job Requirements:

• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Experience with order management/supply chain management in a project-based company.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including face-to-face, email, and phone-based communication.
• Good planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Diploma in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar role.

YOUR IMPACT

The Investment Banking Division Classic Coverage Team is looking for a VP to be based in Singapore.

Our Vice Presidents play an important role in developing and strengthening our client relationships, participating on our advisory teams and in structuring and executing a full range of financial transactions. Their responsibilities include analyzing financial models, organizing and preparing client presentations, executing transaction processes, and assisting in origination. They will gain exposure to the firm’s businesses and expand their knowledge of the investment banking industry, as they develop key analytical, communications and marketing skills.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor’s degree in a financial discipline.
• Minimum 8 years’ investment banking or equivalent experience.
• Experience working within M&A / IBD preferred, ideally covering the SEA market.
• History of outstanding academic and professional achievement.
• Strong team orientation and a demonstrated ability to work effectively with team members in multiple groups and regions.
• Mandarin and/or local languages (Bahasa, Thai, etc.) beneficial, to cover relevant language speaking clients and conduct due diligence and business activities in the local languages.

Job Description

• Managing and maintain records of the incidents and all circumstances and events occurring.
• Perform accident / near miss investigations and report findings with the recommended corrective actions to prevent recurrence to respective management.
• Coordinate, conduct or facilitate Health & Safety training activities and safety meetings.
• Work closely with site Operations Executives and Person in Charge at Projects on all Workplace Safety and Health issues.
• Identify unsafe act or behaviours, advice and counsel all employees and subcontractors in acceptable safety performance and practices with references to the stipulated Risk Assessment, safe work practices, report to management when necessary.
• Perform safety risk assessments and support operation team for safety related administrative works as per customer’s request.
• Perform monthly site audits/inspection.
• Assist to maintain company's Integrated Management System (IMS), system compliance through audits and documentation

Requirement

• Self-driven, able to deliver within short notification/deadline
• Diploma and above in Safety or relevance
• Registered Safety Officer, MOM
• Attended Safety Management Officer Course for Construction (prefer)
• Good knowledge of Safety Regulations and Procedures.
• Possessed own transport / Motorbike driving license
• Ability to present a professional image and to act in the best interests of the Company
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office Application (words, excel, ppt).
• Knowledge on IMS
