Job Description:
• Proactively monitor and address customer grievances, issues and trends across various online platforms to develop strategies to drive a high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Work collaboratively with various internal stakeholders to ensure customers’ experiences align with the company's brand and mission.
• Manage and optimize the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure seamless integration across the company and accurate data capture throughout the customer lifecycle.
• Track and measure the impact and success of reputation management campaigns using relevant metrics and analytics tools.
• Develop and implement effective CRM campaigns to promote a positive online reputation, including setup, deployment, delivery reporting, and performance analysis.
• Monitor and analyse customer feedbacks, reviews and sentiments from all touchpoints to identify insights and actionable improvements to increase customer loyalty.
• Provide weekly reports on review trends, feedbacks, service recovery, and actionable recommendations.
• Offer prompt and accurate responses to customer inquiries via email, social media, and phone.
• Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring solutions align with brand values and improve customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder teams to address and prevent recurrent issues.
• Oversee the timely production and distribution of marketing materials.
• Manage the CEO's schedule, including organizing appointments, meetings, travel arrangements, and expense claims.
• Prepare materials for meetings, ensuring the CEO is well-prepared.
• Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
• Undertake marketing administrative duties as required, including sourcing quotations, preparation of minutes, reports and upkeep marketing assets inventory.
• Prepare and present monthly customer service reports on feedbacks, GEI and NPS scoring.

Requirement:
• Demonstrable experience in guest relations and online reputation management, ideally within the hospitality or service sector.
• Knowledge and prior experience with online reputation management tools.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability in problem-solving, maintaining a customer-centric approach and exceeding customers’ expectations.
• Able to manage stressful situations with poise and professionalism.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Role and Responsibilities:

Oversee the full spectrum of Accounts Receivable, Payable functions and handle the full set of accounts

A. Receivables and Collection

• Ensure that all invoices and supporting documents are prepared and sent to customers in a timely and accurate manner, based on sales agreement and customer requirements.
• Perform daily review on sales invoices generated by billing colleagues ensuring its accuracy and completeness.
• Provide supervision and hand on guidelines to billing colleagues.
• Monitor customer accounts to ensure that payments are received promptly based on agreed payment term.
• Records of customer transactions and interactions in timely manner within the accounting system.
• Ensure monthly statements of accounts for all customers are processed in accordance to company policies.

B. Payable and Payment

• Processing of supplier invoices on daily manner including obtaining approvals; 2 ways or 3 ways matching; proper filing; ensure that all expenses are marks the correct code .
• Processing of supplier payments including but not limited to : Perform reconciliation and verification to supplier statement of accounts; Generate payment voucher; Prepare online bank remittance; Obtain payment approval; keep proper filling system.

C. General Ledger

• Perform Month-end and Year-end closing procedures, including reconciling accounts, preparing journal entries, and generating financial reports.
• Ensure accurate and timely month-end closing following accounting standards and company guidelines.
• Preparation of quarterly GST reports and reconciliation.
• Monitor weekly and monthly cashflow.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher in Accountancy or equivalent
• Full Sets Accounting experience will be advantageous
• Basic Knowledge on Singapore Accounting Standards and GST Regulations
• Active team player & willingness to learn
• Able to work independently with minimum supervision, able to work under pressure within tight schedules
• Hand on experience in Autocount or similar ERP system will have added advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Five days work-week 9am to 6pm
• Company transport provided to and from Jurong East

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with both direct and cross-functional teams to devise, execute, and steer the global supply and inventory strategy for upcoming generations of new programs.
• Implement prescribed measures to meet global metrics targets, encompassing weeks of supply and supply continuity throughout the HVM transition period.
• Engage with internal stakeholders to grasp their requirements and generate purchase orders accordingly.
• Coordinate with Suppliers to ensure the punctual delivery of supplies, promptly escalating any time-sensitive delays.
• Regularly monitor Supplier performance on a weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.
• Deliver ASE/QBR scorecard metrics, meeting On-Time Delivery (OTD) and Service Level Satisfaction targets for the Category Team.
• Actively track performance against identified KPIs using aligned metrics.
• Interface with Stakeholders, Procurement Partners, and Suppliers to strategize Global Supply and Inventory management.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with stakeholders, ensuring their needs are addressed through collaborative efforts.
• Communicate strategic objectives, inventory management plans, initiatives, and targets to stakeholders, suppliers, and global procurement teams.
• Foster and sustain effective communication with both internal and external stakeholders.
• Work collaboratively with Stakeholders to implement Strategic Solutions.
• Cultivate and enhance expertise in global supply and inventory management by engaging with stakeholders, suppliers, and staying informed about industry trends.
• Identify process gaps and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions.
• Champion a customer-centric approach to problem-solving and represent Procurement effectively.
• Explore opportunities to automate routine tasks and enhance productivity using RPA, Power Automate, or similar automation tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or Engineering
• 2-3 years of experience working in a procurement role and dealing with Suppliers directly.

Essential Duties:

• Develop and manage accounts through aggressive prospecting and networking.
• Engage in Sales of office productivity solutions [hardware & software] for Enterprises.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
• Technically savvy with the ability to relate technical concepts to non-technical and highly technical people.

Required skills: Candidate must possess at least Higher secondary/Pre-U/A level/College, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Others), Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in the financial management of Southeast Asia retail region, focusing on team building and team management;
• Participate in the preparation of Southeast Asia business plans, business briefings, and financial analysis reports; responsible for retail region budget management, budget preparation arrangements, guidance, review, control, and execution analysis; follow up on budget implementation and make adjustments when necessary;
• Responsible for the review of expenses in Southeast Asia and timely, accurate control of various expense expenditures;
