Job Responsibilities

1. Assists the Executive Housekeeper with the planning, organization and supervision of the cleaning and maintenance of the hotel.
2. Performs routine inspections of all Housekeeping areas and reports any issues to the Executive Housekeeper.
3. Assists the Executive Housekeeper in the selection of staffing, training, supervision, grooming and conduct standards and initiates disciplinary action when necessary.
4. Monitors the appearance, standards, and performance of all Housekeeping team members with an emphasis on training and teamwork.
5. Prepares rosters, in accordance with the labor regulations.
6. Responsible for the co-ordination of all aspects of the department’s operation to ensure that the service rendered to guests or internal customers is with the aim of exceeding guest expectations and in accordance with hotel’s satisfaction and staff satisfaction.
7. Analyzes and responds to guest feedback, guest satisfaction and staff satisfaction information to ensure continuous improvement of product and performance.
8. Ensures that all preventives maintenance and general cleaning programs / schedules are in place and executed accordingly.
9. Operates within Departmental budgets through effective stock and cost controls and well-managed work schedules.
10. Ensures all Housekeeping policies and procedures including Health & Safety and security aspects are implemented accordingly.
11. Develops and implements quality improvement measures to increase product quality and productivity.
12. Responsible for effective training and development, certification, performance evaluation of productivity through efficient work practices and staff roster.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Levels or equivalent

2. Minimum two years experience in a similar capacity

3. Proven track record of maintaining superior standards of hotel cleanliness in a previous position or hotel

Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within the travel industry, specifically handling FIT/Group/ MICE bookings.
• Proficient in using reservation systems and travel-related software.
• In-depth knowledge of FIT/Group/ MICE travel trends and requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Process reservations for individual travelers, groups, and MICE events with accuracy and efficiency, promoting sustainable travel options.
• Partner with eco-friendly accommodations and tour operators to offer sustainable travel packages.
• Educate clients on sustainable travel practices and the importance of responsible tourism.

Accounts Cum Admin Executive

Salary: $3000 - $3500

Working Time: Mon to Fri (8:30am to 6pm)

Working Location: Changi Airfreight Centre

Job Responsibility:

Accounts Receivable:

• Record and posting of customer payment/receipts
• Update daily cash book
• Send Monthly SOA to customers every 1st week of the month
• Manage relationship with customers, include attending to queries and resolve disputes
• Liaise with internal department to resolve issues and disputes
• Send weekly update AR report to HQ (Friday) and respective sales representative for review
• Distribution & allocation of Customers funds to various internal station
• Update of weekly foreign exchange rate into in house system
• Handle internal settlement with other subsidiary stations

Admin:

• Arrange bank transfer upon receive of payment requisition.
• Enter payment entry into Company System.
• Update of staff leave.
• Email GST payment status on every Friday.
• Reimbursement staffs claim
• Print out time sheets on 21st of every month
• Purchasing of pantry / stationery or warehouse items if required
• Accrual entry for staff claim & sundry creditors
• Will need to attend workshop if required (During general repair works)
• Daily visitor pass & airport pass application.
• Handle company events & HR support
