Summary

Job Requirements:

• Min Diploma in HR, Business Admin or any faculty or equivalent.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position
• Preferrable 2-3 years of Construction industry background
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Meticulous and some problem solving skills.
• Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities :

• Full spectrum in charge of online e-commerce platform (Lazada, Qoo10 SG, Shopee SG etc)
• Generate daily orders, pick & pack for all online orders and co-ordinate logistics arrangement
• Manage emails enquiries and aftersales issues
• Assist in planning, manage & execute promotion campaign for E-commerce platform
• Maintaining and updating the company’s websites and social media timely
• Assist in developing and coordinating company brochures, presentation kit etc
• Work closely with sales team and operational depts. to achieve sales marketing targets

Requirements :

• Minimum Diploma holder in Sales & Marketing / Digital Marketing / Ecommerce or related discipline
• Min 1 years’ experience in Food Industry market development or digital marketing
• Basic knowledge of adobe illustrator or photoshop & Excel Pivot table

• For some of our brands, you have to manage the entire process in the planning of procurement, supply chain activities and inventory control
• Prepare Purchase Orders and facilitate customs clearance and all necessary arrangements for smooth inventory replenishment
• Liaise with logistics suppliers to ensure the best quotations for supply chain services
• Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers and contractors that facilitate smooth flow of logistics and storage services
• Perform other duties as may be assigned from time to time

• Salary: Basic up to $3800
• Working Hour: Monday - Friday (9am - 6pm)
