The Role

We are looking to recruit a Legal Project Coordinator (“LPC”) to join our growing Legal Project Management capability across EMEA. The LPC will assist with the day-to-day activities of the Legal Project Management (“LPM”) team, which is part of NRF’s Legal Transformation Programme.

· Execute communications plans for key events.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Source for early projects leads through various channels eg. BCI, cold calls and make sales presentations.

2. Work on price proposals and tenders for direct projects.

3. Responsible to handle the full tender process in a timely manner from samples viewing and mock-ups to submission of tender documents and attend tender interviews.

4. Follow up on changes in specifications and revisions of pricing.

5. Project coordination upon securing of projects.

6. Attend regular contractors’ site meetings for each direct project, which is part of the project obligation and resolve any site issues that arise.

7. Respond promptly to all IP calls for meetings, presentations, samples, specifications work from architects and developers.

8. Answer in-coming calls on sales enquiries from project customers.

9. Maintain and build good business relationships with project customers like developers, architects, interior designers and main contractors.

2.Developing a DSA Preparation Class:

Collaborate closely with the curriculum team to design and launch a comprehensive DSA preparation programme, focusing on AI and coding skills, portfolio development, and interview preparation. 3. Lead Management:

Train and manage the tele-calling team to effectively communicate the benefits of Lyza’s programmes and drive enrolment. Offer regular feedback and collaborate with the marketing team to enhance lead generation efforts.
