• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Facilities Management , Building , Engineering or any equivalent.
• Good technical knowledge in Mechanical systems / engineering and ACMV.
• Good communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft application.

Objectives of this role

• A Corporate Sales Executive / Senior Executive role aims to promote products or services over the phone and email to generate sales, secure appointments, or gather information from potential customers. Key objectives include:
• Sales Generation: Drive sales growth by reaching prospective customers and converting leads into actual sales.
• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential customers based on their interest and ability to purchase, ensuring a higher conversion rate.
• Customer Relationship Building: Establish rapport and build relationships with potential customers, fostering trust and brand loyalty.
• Market Research: Gather valuable insights and feedback from customers that can inform marketing strategies and improve products or services.
• Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed set targets and performance metrics, contributing to the overall success of the sales team and organization.

Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Make calls to potential customers to promote products or services.
• Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads by gathering information from potential customers.

• Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales using customer relationship management (CRM) software.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates of Diploma or Degree or min 1 to 2 years experience in telemarketing, sales, outbound calling or customer service
• Moderate proficiency in English Communication and Writing

Job Responsibilities :

* Process Claims and Petty Cash Documentations
