• Ensuring documents are compliant with Accor Group policies & procedures and maintaining an understanding of the impact of any changes in Accor Group policies, organizational structure, and procedures
• Preparing and implementing branded residences related documentation based on standard process
• Ensuring and implementing due diligence in relation to Hotel Management Agreements and Hotel Franchise Agreements
• Liaising with Accor Group departments in relation to intellectual property matters
• Preparing and implementing technical support documentation regarding hotel development projects
• Liaising with other departments involved in the development and operation of hotels (e.g. IT, Technical, Distribution, Loyalty, Sales etc.)

As a marketing intern you will be required to support:

• Assist to pinpoint target markets, fresh leads, and new opportunities, conduct market research and data analysis.

We're looking for the Sales Intern to join our team and help us grow our business. As a Sales Intern, you will be reponsible for generating new leads, building relationships with potential customers, and closing deals. You will also have the opportunity to learn about the sales process, product development, and marketing. If you are a motivated self-starter with a passion for sales, we want to hear from you !

Job Responsibilities :

• Provide administrative support to sales managers, sales teams, and customers.
• Research and contact prospect accounts, including contacting past clients.
• Participate in lead generations via email and phone outreach.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop and implement sales strategies to boost existing and new products.
• Analyse market and customer feeedback to identify new value-added opportunities.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and personally engage in fostering customer relationships.
• Attending and participating in meetings, workshops, events, and exhibitions.
• Attend to client inquiries and promptly resolve any issues that may arise.
• Perform any additional work duties as assigned by the Management team.
