The Regional Director, Legal, Asia Pacific will have principal responsibility for legal matters pertaining to Zimmer Biomet's South East Asia and related Export Market business operations, primarily to support the Company’s markets in Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea and Vietnam + Export Markets (70%), and to support the APAC region more broadly including to support global Legal, Tax and Privacy teams on different projects (30%).

Roles and Responsibilities

· Assist draw or modify electrical and GA diagrams or write engineering specifications to clarify design details and functional criteria of the equipment with respect to customers' requirement

· Assist conduct inspection and quality check of diesel generators and electrical switchboards

· Assist conduct installation and troubleshooting of diesel generators and electrical switchboards

· Assist set up and operate test equipment for calibration or configuration of diesel generators and electrical switchboards

· Keen mind on quality management, with good documentation, continuous improvement of processes.

· Keen mind on operational planning to ensure good continuous supply of equipment for customers and internal requirement

· Support sales personnel for technical clarifications with customers

· Involved in pre-sales activity of machinery sales, e.g. sizing of generators, studying of tender documents etc.

· End-to-end view of projects involving installation of standby generators for buildings/factories, rental of prime generators for shutdown projects/events etc.

· Understand power generators functions and actual end-to-end solutions for customers.

· Provide trainee with hands on experience with electrical equipment and apply knowledge to the workplace with utmost safety

· Obtaining ability to apply engineering design to produce solutions that meet specified needs with consideration of public health, safety, and welfare, as well as global, cultural, social, environmental, and economic factors.

· An ability to develop and conduct appropriate experimentation, analyze and interpret data, and use engineering judgment to draw conclusions.

Requirements

· Currently pursuing a degree in Electrical Engineering or any relevant course

· Ability to read and amend schematic drawings & circuit drawings

· Experience and knowledge in generators a plus

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

· Bilingual

· Occasional site visits to construction site or offices

· Inquisitive mind and independent work style

• Support marketing campaign planning and execution.
• Write copy for social media posts, promotional emails, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in the creation of written, video, and image content for marketing channels.
• Participate in marketing brainstorming sessions.
• Assist in the management of website SEO.
• Assist in formatting trainees CV experience and biographies
• Assist in events as required 
• Assisting in preparing of CV Booklet for hiring partners  
• Create social media post images (e.g., ASTP/ESTP application post)
•  Course catalogue to compile to pdf files
• To compile CVs of trainers 
• Sending out digital certifications to students using paid platform Accredible

Marketing Intern Qualifications / Skills:

• Applied understanding of basic marketing principles
• Familiarity with major social media platforms 
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Self-starter with ability to work independently
• Comfortable with multitasking in a deadline-driven environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Understanding of SEO techniques and best practices

Education and Experience Requirements:

• Higher Nitec, Diploma or Bachelor’s degree  in marketing, business, or a related field
• Successful completion of introductory courses in marketing, business, or equivalent
• Proficient with the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Slides)

Our Client, a Well-established law firm is recruiting a Legal Secretary.

Location: Central Singapore

Responsibilities:

• Providing full secretarial support to a team of lawyers
• Managing the outlook calendars
• Organising internal and external meetings, conference calls and video links, whenever required
• Assist in preparation of legal documents
• Other administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma
• At least 2 to 3 years of relevant secretarial experience in a law firm
• Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written English
• Team player and ability to work under tight timelines
• Conversant with Microsoft Office Applications
