Dental Officers are conditionally or fully registered dentists

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Dental management of all patients under their care, including but not limited to:

• Provision of urgent or emergency dental care
• Ordering and reviewing of investigations and treatment
• Performing and/or assisting in procedures and interventions
• Communicating with patients, relatives, and colleagues
• Obtaining informed consent for major procedures

2. Reviewing all new cases following admission

3. Updating and completing case records of all patients under their care

4. Assist in the running of Specialist Outpatient Clinics

5. Counselling patients who wish to be discharged against medical advice

6. Writing medical reports

7. Participating in department training activities and meetings

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Graduation from one of the dental schools recognized by the Singapore Dental Council

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Degree in computer sciences, information technology or a related field; with at least 5 years of relevant work experience after conferment of first degree.
• Experience in the system administration of local networks with the highest security requirements;
• System knowledge of PC, Macintosh, networks, mail and web servers, and backup systems;
• Experience with website development and maintenance;

• Assist in shortlisting and recommending suitable tutor profiles to parents
• Coordinate & arrange 1st tuition lesson between client and tutors
• Assist with day-to-day Admin and Operations of company
• 4 Weekdays, 1 Weekend OR 3 Weekdays, 2 Weekends, 9.00AM to 6.30PM
• Able to commit for minimum 1 year

Job Description

• Provide a warm welcome to guests with appropriate introduction.
• Coordinate guest requirements with other departments and follow up to ensure all queries are handled to maximum satisfaction.
• Collect any information about guests’ plans, pre-reservation services, special dietary requests, allergies or other safety conditions and coordinate with concerned departments to ensure guest experience is memorable.
• Ensure guest details are well checked and input into the system.
• Check all information on registration card and cross check with correspondence for accuracy.
• Ensure all guest documents are filled, registered and confirmed by the resort management.

Requirements

• Strong team mentality, and willingness to be of assistance as required.
• Able to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays
• Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to, vendor agreements, client contracts, and partnership agreements
• Work closely with business units to ensure contracts align with legal requirements and company policies
• Assist in identifying and mitigating legal risks, and provide advice on potential risks associated with business operations
• Collaborate with regulatory affairs teams to address inquiries from regulatory authorities
• Assist in preparing and submitting regulatory filings and application
• Support the resolution of legal disputes and assist in the management of litigation matters
• Contribute to the creation and enhancement of company policies to ensure legal and regulatory compliance
• Assist in communicating policy changes to relevant stakeholders
• Conduct legal research to support the business in maintaining compliance
• Collaborate with external legal counsel when necessary

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal role, preferably within the financial services
• Familiar with MAS regulations and compliance procedures on PSA/SFA
• Familiarity with data protection and privacy laws
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment
