Marketing and Sales Strategy Development:
- Conduct thorough market research to understand our target audience, competitors, and industry trends.
- Collaborate with the team to develop comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with our business goals.
- Identify key marketing and sales channels, both online and offline, to maximise brand exposure, generate leads, and increase revenue.
- Provide regular updates and reports on marketing campaigns and sales performance, including key metrics and recommendations for improvement. (pipeline charts, etc)
Sales and Customer Relationship Management:
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective customers.
- Deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations to highlight the unique selling points and benefits of our offerings.
- Respond to customer inquiries, provide product information, and address concerns promptly.
Sales Performance and Reporting:
- Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including lead generation, follow-ups, and sales conversions.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for the sales manager.
Website Management:
- Collaborate with web developers to optimise the company website for lead generation and user experience.
- Monitor website analytics and implement SEO strategies to increase organic traffic.
Social Media Management:
- Create and manage content across our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Googleads, LinkedIn) to build brand awareness and engagement.
- Develop a consistent social media content calendar to ensure a steady stream of relevant and engaging posts.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries, comments, and feedback, and respond promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to increase our social media following, reach, and engagement.
- Explore and leverage emerging social media platforms and trends to stay ahead of the competition.
- Use social media analytics tools to track performance, identify trends, and optimise content based on data-driven insights.
Lead Generation and Sales report:
- Develop lead generation strategies to acquire qualified prospects for our modular structures.
- Create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to attract potential customers and generate leads.
- Utilise various lead generation techniques, such as email marketing, content marketing, and social media advertising, to reach our target audience effectively.
- Ensure the smooth handoff of leads and monitor lead conversion rates.
- Continuously optimise lead generation efforts based on performance metrics and feedback from the sales team.
Content Creation:
- Create engaging and persuasive content for marketing collaterals, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and newsletters.
- Write compelling blog articles related to modular structures, construction industry trends, and sustainable building practices.
- Develop visually appealing and informative infographics, videos, and other multimedia content to enhance brand storytelling.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather relevant information and ensure accuracy and consistency in all content.
Email Marketing (EDMs):
- Design and execute effective email marketing campaigns, including newsletters, product updates, and promotional offers.
- Segment email lists based on target audience demographics, interests, and engagement levels for personalised and targeted communications.
- Monitor email campaign performance, including open rates, click-through rates, and conversions, and optimise campaigns for better results.
- Stay updated with email marketing best practices and industry trends to maximise email engagement and deliverability.
The ideal candidate for the position should possess the following qualifications:
- Experience in sales or a related field, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and result-oriented mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Hubspot) and sales tools for efficient lead tracking and management.
- Familiarity with Canva
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- High level of adaptability and willingness to learn about new products and industries.
- Certification in Business, Marketing, or a relevant field (preferred but not mandatory).
- Ability to develop creative marketing strategies and engaging content.
- Proficiency in analysing marketing data and deriving actionable insights
- Please note that this scope of work is not exhaustive, and you may be assigned additional tasks or projects related to marketing and sales as required.
- Assist Business Development (BD) and Sales teams with administrative tasks to streamline their operations.
- Assist in the creation of quotations
- Support the creation of pitch decks and presentations for marketing and sales purposes.
