• Responsible for the co-ordination and interface with LTA System Wide Contractor and Department Heads

• Carry out weekly site inspection and report progress, quality, specifications, protection and problems.

• Prepare M&E coordination drawings and liaise with Architectural Coordinators and Design Engineers to issue drawing for approval.

• Rsponsible for managing a team of M&E coordinators and BIM Modellers in the design and coordination works;

• Interfacing or M&E planning, coordination with consultants and document control such as monitoring of sample submission, approval status of drawing

• Coordinating, organizing and preparing construction and Interfacing/M&E documents and drawing

• Ensure M&E works are carried out according to specifications / drawings;

• Inform Project Director / Project Manager on any technical / site problems

• Supervise the progress of works on site;

• Coordination of sub-contractor's work and ensuring the work is on schedule.
