Required Qualifications/Experience

Job Responsibilities

• Coordinate Mechanical and Electrical services with consultant and sub-contractors on site.
• Oversee all related M&E issues on site.
• Assists Manager in the co-ordination of project management activities.

Job Description

• Interpret contract specifications, architectural standards, and designs for construction
• Organise and lead meetings for design and construction; monitor and manage budgets; write reports; and carry out additional administrative duties associated with the projects that are allocated
• Oversee architectural planning, consulting coordination, and document control, including tracking sample submissions and drawing approval status
• Coordinate, organise and prepare construction and architectural documents and drawings

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor the daily operations for tankers / flex bag containers / ISO tanks and barge loading operations and verify the finished products storage tanks figures
• Monitor and keep track on the movement record for Third Parties products
• Maintains proper records and filing of all documents and transactions
• Responsible for the coordination jobs with all relevant parties to ensure smooth operation
• Perform periodical cycle count and participate in annual stock
• Performs and assists in other related tasks as assigned by the Plant
• Always ensure a high standard of general housekeeping

Qualifications

• Nitec / GCE ‘N’ Level with 2 years of relevant experience
• Willing to working in Tuas Area (Company transport is provided at designated pickup point)
