• Minimum 1 year of Customer Service Experience in the Food / FMCG industry or relevant
• Proficiency in English / Mandarin to liaise with Customers
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint)
• To manage sales through web site (B2B / B2C)

Job Responsibilities

· Preparing, scheduling, coordinating, and monitoring of assigned projects.

· Formulating project parameters and assigning responsibilities to the most capable employees and monitoring the project team.

· Interacting with clients, interpreting their needs and requirements, and representing them in the field.

· Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans, and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

· Cooperating and communicating with the project manager and other project participants and collaborating with senior coordinators to create more efficient project methods and to maintain the project's profitability.

· Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

· Developing specifications for the project's needed equipment.

· Creating frameworks to measure the project's metrics and data collection.

· Establishing field test methods and methods for monitoring the quality of those tests.

· Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, practices, policies, performance standards, and specifications

· Assign responsibilities and mentor project team. Cooperate and communicate effectively with project manager and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support

• Proven working experience as a Project Coordinator

• Excellent knowledge of design and visualisations software such as AutoCAD

• Advanced MS Office skills

• Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards

• Ability to work with multiple discipline projects

• Project management and supervision skills

• Time management and organization skills

Logistics Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Loading, transporting, and delivering goods to clients or businesses in a safe, timely manner.
• Reviewing orders before and after delivery to ensure that orders are complete, charges are correct (COD) and customer is satisfied.
• Work closely with Operations and Customer Service on goods to deliver.
• Providing excellent customer service and adhering to assigned routes and following time schedules.
• Abiding by all transportation laws, ensure vehicle cleanliness and maintain a safe driving record.

Job Requirement：

• Valid Class 3 or Class 4 Singapore Driving license.
• Good driving record. Minimum 3-4 years Driving experience
• Willingness to adhere to assigned routes, schedules, safety procedures and transportation laws.
• Able to walk, drive, lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.

Preferred Skills:-

• Good Customer Service skills.
• Fluent English and Chinese Verbal and written skill.
