• Generate sales directives for the company’s Production Planning team
• Work closely with the company’s various departments to ensure on-time delivery
• Monitor and address customers’ feedback when required
• Verify the pricing accuracy to maintain precision
• Keep the sales order records/documentation up to date
• Maintain and update the company’s contact databases
• Offer the necessary follow-up actions to meet customer needs when necessary
• Coordinate with the company’s various logistics partners to issue permits for deliveries
• Collaborate with the company’s various departments for invoicing and delivery order processing
• Arrange the required delivery schedules efficiently
• All other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Nitec/Diploma in any field of studies (Relevant working experience can be considered as well)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience

• Reports to Assistant Procurement Manager in ensuring a smooth flow of the Project.

• Coordinate with individual disciplines/trades in the Production Department and Supporting Department (QAQC/Engineering and etc) on procurement related matters

• Monitor progress status of individual Disciplines within Procurement function

• Monitor Material Status & Delivery from Client and Company purchases

• Attend Client and Production meeting

• Tracks potential variations for the Projects and to follow up with Commercial

• Preparation and coordination of Technical Bid Evaluation and Recommendation to Award to Client

• Close Coordination with Project Management Team

• Prepare and submit Project Documents through DCC

• To assist in raising of purchase orders (PO)

• Supporting of Marketing department on Project Cost Estimation

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience from Marine industry as procurement executive / purchaser.
• Technical purchasing experience is a must.
