Principal Reaponsibilities

• Possess a recognised Degree or Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, and at least 3 years of relevant working experience of the building construction industry

or

• Degree in local universities in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering
• Strong knowledge in use of Autocad, BIM software such as Revit and microsoft projects

Responsibilities:

• Collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, government agencies and stakeholders to create functional and aesthetic design results as per conceptual design.
• Incorporating technical specifications and safety standards into design plans and details.
• Review, coordinate and liaise with Consultants and Subcontractors to define the Architectural construction details and interface to Structure and M&E services.
• Reviewing and modifying designs based on feedback from clients, AE, government agencies and stakeholders.
• Work out schedule for shop drawing preparation/approval and material approval/procurement based on master programme and monitor the status.
• Supervise BIM modelers to produce shop drawings.
• Liaise with BIM team on drawings production to identify clashes with other trades
• • Ensure compliance to construction drawings, project specifications, client's needs and authorities' code and standards.
• Verify site installation according to approved shop drawings and finalize as built drawings.
• Review project specifications, technical clarification and construction drawings, identify technical issues and seek technical clarification.

Requirements:

• Diploma or a Bachelor’s Degree in Building or Architecture
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in building projects
• Knowledgeable in Singapore Building Codes and Regulations for Code on Accessibility in the Built Environment, Approved document/Acceptable solution and Green mark issued by BCA

• Daily Requisition of Raw Materials from warehouse and suppliers based on schedule required
• Daily Raw Materials consuming & warehouse inventory monitoring
• Liaise with Purchasing & Suppliers on orders and delivery scheduling
• Manage daily inventory at Production Floor (PF)

• Manage and Control partially of label bags
• Month-end stock report at production floor

Qualification, Experience & Skills :

• GCE “N” or “O” level or equivalent
• With previous manufacturing environment experience preferred.
• Able to work in production workshops and office.
• Read, write and understand simple English
• Computer liberated, especially MS Office (Excel)

Workplace Health Safety and Health Coordinator for Construction Related activities such as Excavation ,Pipe Laying Works ,Road Reinstatement works with relevant certification.

To ensure the works are carried out as per safety regulations ,RA & SWP. Conduct tool box meeting and do regular safety audit during the course of daily work and ensure any unsafe practices are rectified before continuing works
