We're looking for an experienced Recruitment Coordinator to join our Asia Pacific (APAC) recruitment team based in Singapore. This is a 9-month full time contract position.

Your mission will be to partner with the recruiters in the APAC team, providing excellent administrative support to the recruitment team and the hiring teams we support across APAC. Our candidates are at the heart of our hiring process, so your objective will be to coordinate the team’s interview activities, with a focus on exceptional candidate experience. A successful Recruitment Coordinator is a self-motivated, detail-oriented, problem solver with a strong desire to contribute.

Here’s where you’ll have impact & how you’ll be contributing to our Recruitment Team:

• Posting roles to our careers site and job boards
• Scheduling interviews, managing our AI scheduling tool, and communicating with candidates, interviewers and recruiters if things need to be shuffled around
• Setting up each hiring process in our ATS
• Setting up hired candidates and completing other administrative tasks on our HRIS and ATS systems (We use Greenhouse and Workday here)
• Keeping an eye on our hiring processes and ensuring these are as fast and smooth as possible, for both the candidates and our teams
• Actively participate and support the global Recruitment Team and your fellow Recruitment Coordinators
• Support other Recruitment and People Team initiatives where required

About you:

• You’re experienced. You’ve worked previously in recruitment or human resources before and you’re tech savvy, with some understanding of how HRIS and ATS systems work and can master new systems quickly - experience as a Recruitment Coordinator would be excellent, but not required.
• You have exceptional verbal & written English skills - Candidate communications are a big part of this role (any additional languages are always welcome!)
• You're organised. You're methodical in your approach and prioritisation, with a solution-oriented mindset and a strong ability to multitask. Your lead will help you develop and remove blockers if they can, but they won't stand over your shoulder, trusting you with the autonomy to deliver your best work however you see fit to manage your tasks and meet your obligations.

Job Description

• Support Sales team in customer handling when tasked
• Providing timely and accurate quotation when tasked
• Order processing of confirmed orders
• Generate Sales Orders, Production order, Purchase order to production, warehouse, operation departments for proceeding of order
• Ensuring all job orders are processed, accurate and on time for delivery as per client PO requirements
• Issuance of purchase orders where applicable for local purchase relevant to the job orders
• Liaise with relevant operation department on job order progress till readiness for delivery
• Liaising with customer/forwarders/agents on delivery arrangements
• Internal/external transport arrangements for delivery of the completed orders
• Providing final documents Delivery Order, CIPL, Certificates to complete the delivery
• Issuance of invoice for completed Sales orders
• Other duties when tasked by the Sales Manager / Senior Managers / Management Team

Job Requirement

• At least GCE “N/O”Level/ITE
• Computer skills: Excel, Words, SAPB1 ERP system
• At least 1 year experience in Marine/Rigging/ Manufacturing trade will be advantageous

Job Description Responsibilities:

• Ensure the projects are fully attended and completed to meet agreed deadlines
• Supervising the project progress to ensure that issues of the project are identified and solved
• Attend meetings, liaise and manage clients to complete project deliverables
• Experience managing a team on site at an event, ability to troubleshoot on site and react, provide solutions to the internal team, external suppliers and clients alike.

Responsibilities:

• Perform full sales/shipping job functions & responsibilities including calling, following up, checking, processing, shipping, coordinating and handling customers & inter-companies’ orders, GTS/Credit Block, complaints & deliveries.
• Co-ordinate the packing, booking, collection/delivery & shipping of goods (land, sea, air, courier). Cross-check rates regularly before booking. (Including drop shipments).

• Co-ordinate with freight forwarders or LSP on the clearance of all import shipments.
• GR all incoming raw material, indirect material and all other item indent for the plant to complete the GR process (excluding office goods/car rental/Company Printer)
• Support to execute finish goods order and raw material for tolling vendors.
• Handle 3rd Party Warehouse (LSP) stock and STO transfer.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree
• 2-3 years in customer service / supply chain / sales / controlling
• Good knowledge of the business processes
