JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Sales and Customer Service

• Explain our courses, education philosophy and pedagogy to potential customers
• Promote TWC programmes to potential and existing customers
• Build relationships with our customers
• Handle phone and email queries effectively and promptly

Administrative Duties

• Arrange replacement lessons for students, and appointments for parents, Centre Management or teachers
• Responsible for center's inventory and simple logistics

Job Requirements

• Have minimum GCE 'O' levels qualifications
• Possess at least 1 year of relevant work experience in customer service-related job roles, preferably in enrichment centers settings
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites (e.g. Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
• Candidates who are proficient with MacBook and G-Suites (e.g. Drive, Gmail, Docs, and Sheets) would have added advantage
• Possess excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), strong organizational skills and detail-oriented

Responsibilities:

• Understand and deliver full gamut of solutions for applications adopting PCBA level components & modules.
• Ability to understand a customer’s needs and probe for answers, and then determine a solution and advocate that solution to the customer.
• Deliver suppliers presentations, product introductions, and technical sales training for the overseas sales team.
• Develop and execute successful demand creation strategies for customers using both iConnexion and Supplier resources.
• Work closely with our supplier to fully understand their product portfolio and their technological competitive advantages.
• Engage existing and new customers, working closely with their Product Development and Design engineers into adopting our Components/Products in their product specifications.

Lead, Infrastructure Specialist (Service Desk & Deskside Manager with PABX System Expertise)

Position Overview:

The DWS Integration Leader/Lead, Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for overseeing both the service desk and deskside support teams, ensuring efficient and effective technical support services for end-users and stakeholders. This role requires specialized expertise in PABX system, including maintenance, and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:

· Provide leadership, direction, and mentorship to both the service desk and deskside support teams.

· Conduct regular team meetings, performance evaluations, and coaching sessions to ensure high-performance standards.

Service Desk and Deskside Operations:

· Manage the day-to-day operations of the service desk and deskside support teams, ensuring timely resolution of support tickets and service requests.

· Monitor service desk metrics and KPIs, as well as deskside support activities, to evaluate performance and identify areas for improvement.
