Job Description

• Responsible for customer fulfillment satisfaction and responsible for feasible project delivery and contract fulfillment.

• Make and execute the Key-account customer service strategy. Develop targeted customer service strategies based on local business situations and customer requirements to ensure that the service strategies for Key-account customers can reach consensus within and around the team and build an ecosystem that matches industry service strategies.

• Understand customer service pain points and requirements, explore and expand business opportunities, and design and provide service solutions that meet customer requirements.

• Participate in project strategy development, bidding, and negotiation, develop and implement the fulfillment & delivery strategies, mitigate fulfillment risks, and ensure project deliverability.

• Oversee and coordinate internal resources and ensure that the delivery and service quality meet the standards, and meet customer requirements for project delivery and network maintenance.

• Align with customers' strategies and organizations, and build high-performance service teams Integrate mainstream quality ecosystem resources (such as certified service provider / sub-contractor)

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree either in computer science, business administration, engineering, or a related discipline with an information technology focus;

• Self-initiative to take the responsibility of a task and learn new products/technologies

• The candidate shall be adaptable and flexible to the tasks or job scope being assigned.

• Internal training on product knowledge and on-the-job training will be provided.

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Provide on-site field service technical support and troubleshooting at multiple customer locations
2. Collection of approved quotation amount from the customer upon job completion
3. Handle customer complaints and repairs
4. Check and ensure the required tools are available in the toolkit to start the necessary work for the day
5. Provide field fixes and quality feedback on products
6. Adhere to the defined processes and procedures of the service department
7. Prepare job cards for each job and get authorization from the service supervisor

Requirements:

1. NITEC or Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
2. Candidates without qualifications but with relevant experience will be considered favourably
3. Salary will be commensurated with relevant experience
4. Training will be provided for junior technician
5. Consistently ensure the highest standards of customer service and experience
6. Self-motivated personality and a willing-to-learn attitude demonstrated excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and relationships with end consumers
7. Possess a valid Class 3 driving license

• Provide onsite technical support for end user services, including troubleshooting, problem identification, rectification, and escalation.
• Offer support for hardware components such as desktops, notebooks, printers, and scanners.
• Perform installation, re-installation, troubleshooting, and reconfiguration of Microsoft Windows and Microsoft applications found on Desktop PCs and Notebook PCs. Examples of such software include Windows 10 OS or any standard desktop OS, MS Office, Internet Explorer, MS Outlook, MS Outlook Express, etc. Install Apple iPad software.
• Assist with queries, escalation, problem determination, resolution, and MAC (move, add, and change) activities.
• Perform printer maintenance.
• Tackle and resolve complex calls or tasks that other engineers were unable to resolve.
• Provide exceptional customer service.

• Good to have Professional Certificate, Diploma or advanced /Higher /Graduate Diploma.
• Hardware Skill – Desktop, Laptop, Printer and Scanner
• Good in Installation, Setup and configuration
• Windows OS (preferable Windows 10)

• Familiar with actual hands-on experience using Arduino and various electrical & electronic components (eg. sensors, motors and led strip).
• Develop usable mechanical prototype and functional actual products
