Job Summary
This position reports to the Regional Marketing Manager and plays a pivotal role in advancing the digital presence and marketing efforts of the organisation. This role will manage a small team of digital marketing members, and is required to have strong technical proficiency, project and people management skills.
Key Accountabilities
1. Web Management:
• Oversee and manage web-related activities with experience in content management tool, Interwoven or Hybris
• Manage website revamp projects, ensuring a seamless transition and improved user experience.
• Ensure the seamless functioning, optimisation, and user experience enhancement of digital platforms.
2. Digital Campaign Management:
• Execute and optimise digital marketing campaigns utilising the marketing automation systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, Pardot or Hubspot.
• Develop strategies for effective online engagement and lead generation.
• Manage dashboard development and analytics to monitor and report on campaign results
3. E-commerce Management:
• Drive and optimise the organisation's e-commerce initiatives and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance the online purchasing journey.
4. Technical Proficiency:
• Demonstrate strong technical skills, including proficiency in HTML and coding languages.
• Lead in adoption of new digital marketing technologies.
5. Agency Management:
• Collaborate with external agencies, providing clear directives and ensuring the delivery of high-quality work.
• Manage relationships with agencies to meet project deadlines and campaign objectives.
6. Stakeholder Management:
• Effectively communicate with and manage stakeholders at various levels.
• Ensure alignment of digital marketing strategies with broader brand and communication goals.

• Experience in managing digital marketing team, external agencies and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
