• In-charge of overall store day-to-day operations and ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement sales strategies aimed at consistently driving sales volume and achieving store sales targets.
• Lead and supervise the retail team members to ensure they achieve desired outcomes and effectively address any employee concerns.
• Hire and train as needed to ensure adequate personnel is on hand to provide outstanding customer service.
• Responsibly handle and address customer inquiries regarding product, pricing, availability, delivery or any other related matters.
• Assist in store promotional events and campaigns with the corporate team.
• Roster planning.
• Atriums and roadshows supervision and participation.
• Ensure full understanding of changing trade dynamics and development in the retail industry, in order to recommend effective channel & sales strategies that will give the Company a competitive edge.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of trade promotions and in-store promotions to determine whether these meet the Company' objectives.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in any discipline.
• At least 3 - 5 years of relevant working experience in health & wellness retail industry. preferably with supervisory experience.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Willingness to motivate and be an exemplary leader for the team.
• Demonstrated strong problem-solving skills.
