Job Responsibilities:

• Overall project planning, scheduling, monitoring and updating to meet project completion targets.
• Coordinate and monitor work progress at site (periodical site inspection and attending meetings)
• Lead in Site Coordination and execution relating to the construction project.
• Ensure that the construction, installation and assembly of components, equipment and systems of the construction is aligned with the construction plans and drawing designs.
• Assist Construction Manager and Project Manager in sub-contractor management, on-site technical, engineering matters.
• To lead a team of supervisors and engineers, to ensure, supervise and monitor projects are carried out in accordance with the company’s operating procedures, quality standards & project specifications.
• Facilitate regular inspections to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and legislative requirements, processes and procedures.

Job Requirements

• Possess a Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant building project experience in Main-contractor environment
• Be able to work independently as well as acquiring good interpersonal skills to coordinate between the various disciplines and consortium partners.
• Must be technically inclined and possesses excellent problem-solving skills.
• Meticulous in drawing preparation and documentation
• Experienced with Building / Industrial projects will be a plus.
• Experienced with Public project.

Having good exp as manager, Need to perform man power support and control, shift management, invoice management, payroll management.

willing to support 24x7. need to hold minimium class 3 license. Catering maintainance experience also needed.

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for the strategizing, planning, development and implementation of marketing activities and campaigns for assigned events, spanning trade shows, conferences and awards programs.  The key pillars of the role will involve forging partnerships, audience development, marketing campaign KPIs and people management skills.  You will be a proactive individual with strong communication and project management skills.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

•  Lead the planning and implementation of an integrated customer-focused marketing strategy, optimise all digital channels with demonstrated ability in new marketing / event tech and social media
• Design and execute brand communications strategies and marketing plans for the events, as well as result-driven marketing promotions campaigns
• Track budgets and investments, ensuring financials are managed in an effective manner with regular evaluation of effectiveness and performance metrics
• Manage content, social media, creative and marketing agencies, including management of registration and PR vendors
• Manage partnerships with trade media and partners to extend promotional reach
