Roles & Responsibilities

Supervisors oversee employee performance in a certain department of the organization. They monitor the installation, repair, troubleshooting, and maintenance work of technicians. They supervise teams of technicians, oversee workers, and perform inspections on work orders.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise Troubleshoot, repair, services & maintain Air-Conditioning.
• Perform on-site and in-house Supervise and services / repair.
• Complying with service standards, work instructions and customers' requirements.Aircon installation works.
• Aircon servicing works (maintenance service, chemical treatment, overhaul treatment and etc.)
• Carry out aircon preventive and breakdown maintenance.
• Trouble shoot and resolve technical issues.
• Testing and commissioning of the equipment.
• Report all problems identified during preventive maintenance and carry out repair works.
• Ensure drain pipe is free of dust/dirt and draining properly.
• Performing repair jobs promptly and efficiently.
• Lead the team of technicians to carry out work efficiently.
• Send workers from Place of Stay to various work sites and vice versa.

1. Able to do PLC, HMI, programming with Mitsubishi and Omron brand.

2. Experience in handling Mitsubishi and Omron product servo motor products.

3. Understanding and being able to design automation electrical circuits.
