Mission

Sanofi is building a new state-of-the-art Biologics manufacturing facility, named EVolutive Facility (EVF), in Singapore. EVF will be a first-of-its-kind, fully digitalized, modular manufacturing facility. The facility will be designed to be carbon neutral and allow for future modifications.

JOB SUMMARY

General Facility Maintenance Assistant role is to ensure a safe and secure environment in the work premises at all times by keeping a vigilant look-out and reporting any suspicious activities.

QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE

The Maintenance Technician will carry out all planned and unplanned maintenance activities across mechanical & electrical equipment to ensure minimal disruption to the manufacturing process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Execute responsive, preventative and predictive maintenance requirements to all machines/equipment in the Well screen Technologies facility to ensure maximum production levels.
• To perform day to day activities in accordance with the planned maintenance program.
• Carry out daily inspections of all the Well screen Technologies ancillary equipment.
• Maintaining all High and Ultra High Pressure pumps, water chillers, booster pumps, water treatment, slotting machines, weave and plate machines, laser and abrasive removal system as per the maintenance schedule or as required.
• Carrying out upgrades to equipment as and when planned in accordance with safe working practice.

Job Requirement:

• Comfortable working at night/ running night shift during peak season/ as & when required due to critical issues
• working 5 days/ week + OT Comfortable working at Penjuru Pl, Jurong East.
• Min 2 years of experience with manufacturing & maintenance background
• Strong mechanical knowledge in pumps, motors, centrifugal, and double diaphragm pumps.

The purpose of this role is to lead the relationship and service delivery for partners and customers, delivering an accurate demand signal and managing the execution of this signal to agreed service metrics from order capture to delivery. The role will also drive the execution of strategy, productivity and other efficiency opportunities for Singapore.

The role initially will focus on the APAC region while also managing a team of Customer Service representatives and 16 markets.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide leadership and drive the establishment of effective Sales and Operational Planning (S&OP) processes with key customers to proactively manage the combined Supply Chain
2. Lead order fulfillment processes including appropriate and effective processes for order capture, order processing (including credit considerations), delivery and shipment execution, complaints management and product life-cycle activities including New Products
3. Collaborate with Supply Chain teams and cross functionally to develop mechanisms that will improve service delivery, efficiency and effectiveness, including but not limited to backordering management process, allocations process and PSD alignment
4. Drive the delivery of a comprehensive suite of KPI’s to monitor performance and ensure targets are achieved

7. Drive productivity in customer management processes by identifying and removing non-added value steps and identifying and implementing service improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance or equivalent
• Minimum 7 years of experience in a large multi-site complex business demonstrating excellent process leadership, stakeholder engagement, people management and customer relationship skills
• Previous experience in a supervisory capacity
• Strong record of executing major change initiatives and successful project delivery including budget, timeline and stakeholder management
