We are looking for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our dynamic and fast-growing team. As the CFO, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, risk management, and compliance.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls that align with our vision, mission, and values
• Prepare and present accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts to the management, board, and investors
• Analyze financial data and performance indicators, and provide insights and recommendations to support decision making and strategic planning
• Manage cash flow, working capital, and capital expenditure, and ensure optimal allocation of resources
• Oversee tax, audit, and compliance matters, and ensure adherence to local and international laws and regulations
• Lead and mentor the finance team, and foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and funding sources, and conduct due diligence and valuation for potential deals
• Negotiate and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers, customers, and other parties
• Monitor and evaluate the financial performance and risks of our existing and new products, services, and markets
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, and explore new ways to improve our financial efficiency and competitiveness

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• At least 5 years in a senior financial management role
• Solid knowledge of financial accounting, reporting, and analysis, as well as budgeting, forecasting, and planning
• Familiarity with local and international financial laws and regulations, and experience in dealing with tax, audit, and compliance issues
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively
• Passionate about video games and the gaming industry

We process Account Payable (AP) and Account Receivable (AR) for our customers.

We are looking for a person could provide the following services.

1. Generate invoices from computer system.

2. Input payment and receipts information into computer system.

3. Prepare payment vourchers, payment listings as well as related schedules.

4. Prepare bank online payment instructions for review and approval.

5. Prepare cheques for review and approval.

6. Check bank statement for AP and AR entries.

7. Filling of all AP and AR documents (eg: invoices, statement of accounts, vouchers & etc.)

8. Able to communicate via eMail, phone and able to converse in Mandarin.

9. Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and willing to learn AP and AR and Bank systems.

10. Able to work with figures and accurate in data entry.

11. Team player, dependable, focus and report to Director.

Main functions and responsibilities

Supply Chain Management

• Liaison with government agencies/authorities for all regulatory requirements including (but not limited to) licenses, permits/approvals, and trade agreements etc in import/export of goods and materials
• Transportation management, Import and Export in Sea Freight
• Obtain quotes from newly identified suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and work towards continuous cost reduction efforts
• Lead regular price negotiation sessions with suppliers to maintain competitive costs for materials and services
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures within the Logistics department to ensure consistent workflow processes

Operations Management

• Oversee day-to-day operational matters and challenges
• Oversee inventory management, supplier relationships, and logistics processes
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with local and overseas suppliers
• Meet cost, productivity, accuracy, and timeliness targets

Skills/Requirements

• Minimally 3-5 years of experience in similar position
• Knowledge and experience in Customs Declarant
• Comfortable with travelling overseas due to operational needs
• Possess high leadership skills
• Independent, responsible and initiative
• Flexible and willing to learn
• Good communication skills

• $5000 - $6000
