About the job

The Deputy General Manager's main function is to support the management of Big Lab/NEON Creative studio’s operations, projects, and resources. The Deputy General Manager (DyGM) also participates in establishing the direction of the Content Creation and Guest Experience Design with the Executive Creative Directors and Creative Brain Trust.

DyGM’s responsibilities include supporting the formulation of the overall organizational strategy, team management and establishing guidelines/implementing SOPs to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the department. Global Planning
