Responsibilities

a) Sourcing and Purchasing:

1) Work with all departments on purchasing requirements including mainly on contractor works relating to maintenance/upgrading of plant facilities.

2) Evaluate job scope raised by Engineering department and analyze technical data and specifications needed for project/work. Review suitability, source comparable quotes in all fields on available information and ask the right question to stakeholders about the work.

3) Provide advice to company personnel/suppliers of nature and function of parts equipment when required.

4) Invite existing/new potential contractors for facility maintenance/upgrading works or new projects.

5) Liaise with contractor representatives regarding specifications, costs, inspection, and similar problems relating to parts equipment when required.

6) Effective sourcing and negotiate with vendors for best value, lead-time and terms at all times.

7) Review quotes receive are meeting requirements and send for verifications if required.

8) Monitor purchasing trend to avoid over purchase.

9) Raise Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO); follow up on the approval process and PO closure.

10) Monitor and close outstanding purchasing issues.

11) Identify, access and develop potential alternative vendors for various services.

12) Monitors vendors’ performance in terms of quality, delivery, price and services and taking corrective actions.

b) Procurement Records:

1) Create new vendor in system.

2) Create new item codes in system.

3) Maintain contract list and ensure timely renewal of term contract services.

4) Inform new vendors/contractors of company requirement.

5) Follow up on forms to be updated for new vendors/contractors.

6) Updating of Procurement status in Emaint software.

7) Update vendors/contractors of any change in company policies when required.

8) Prepare reports on purchases, including cost analyses when required.

9) Maintain and update other Procurement documentation in system.

c) Administrative and Coordination works:

1) Match Purchase Order, Delivery Order and Invoices; Check on accuracy and completeness and submit to Finance Department on a timely basis.

2) Verify invoice without PO is as per contract value and identify department costing before submit to Finance.

3) Follow up on invoicing on cash on delivery purchases.

4) Liaising with Centralised Store for self-collection arrangement.

Requirements

· Degree/Diploma Electrical / Mechanical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience

· Procurement knowledge will be advantage

· ERP software. E.g. Microsoft Dynamics Navision will be advantage

The Role Responsibilities

· Support the Group Finance team in London with the right messages not only for the monthly performance reviews with Group MT but also for the external events viz. Investor Meetings, Analyst Trips, Half & Full Year reviews, etc.

· Support CPBB head of performance management in developing forward looking views and predictive capabilities to enable development of business plans and actions

To establish and use financial management information to achieve the strategy and goals of CPBB business by:

· Manage the MIS reports which are used by the CPBB CEO, CFO, MTs & regions in the monthly country reviews.

· Ability to work on translating data heavy financial information to compact and visually impactful PowerPoint slides for executive level reviews

· Support the efforts of the business segments to deliver annual budget performance by engaging and influencing stakeholders with MI

· Exercise tight control and checks on financial numbers esp with reference to planning processes – work with multiple stakeholders to ensure integrity and control over budget loads with appropriate understanding of underlying drivers

· Review and challenge assumptions of plans as reflected in the Business Plans/ Programs

· Provide timely & accurate financial information / MIS to enable strategic decision-making including sales, products and client analysis.

· Partner with business in driving MIS simplification, standardization and automation.

· Provide market intelligence on key competitors’ performance and highlight any changes in the competitive landscape

· Assist in reviews of Investment Project Execution Document and quarterly Benefits attestation

· Partner with GFS, Finance at Group, Region and Country levels to ensure robust financial processes in place to report financial performance for Retail Banking in an accurate and timely manner

· Ensure MI requirements are relevant and to improve overall efficiency and productivity with GFS

Job description:

• Oversee supervisory and regulatory reporting for the SEA sub-region, ensuring all reporting timelines are met including to efficiently handle supervisory and regulatory notices and requests including consultations, queries, and operational security events.
• Lead the preparation of deliverables to meet Visa’s compliance obligations, by engaging internal stakeholders - Government Engagement, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Finance departments and providing timely updates to the respective Country teams.
• Actively collaborate with internal stakeholders across various functions to influence policies and reporting changes, as well as to manage regulatory outcomes. Implement necessary adjustments to ensure compliance and minimize business disruption. Proactively participate and provide support internally in preparation for engagements with government stakeholders.
• Assist with securing and maintaining Visa operating licenses in key markets (as necessary), complying with all requirements.
• Act as the primary internal coordinator for incident and security management, ensuring swift and effective responses within the region, and if required providing the requisite notifications to regulators and/or clients.
• Maintain and manage the supervisory risk register and update the obligations.
• Lead external supervisory and regulatory audits and collaborate with issue owners to resolve recommendations. Participate and support in internal audits.
• Drive change management process for new supervisory reporting to be implemented and periodically review these obligations for efficacy and relevance.
• Provide regular and ongoing reporting, metrics and information related to regulatory and supervisory management, and support the regional team in identifying key regulatory and supervisory topics to disclose to the regional leadership team.

• Coordinate Risk, Fraud, Data Security, PCIDSS related inputs, and ensure periodic reviews arising out of regulatory obligations.
• Respond to client inquiries regarding audits and supervisory risks, fulfilling regulatory obligations.
